  Today was the first time we hired A&M Exterior Solutions to clean our siding and windows and it won’t be the last! Great communication and great work. I think the price was fair for the time they took to complete the work. Nice local guys, hire them!

  We most recently had A&M Exterior Solutions do work on our house in preparation for hosting a big event here. They did a power wash of the house, washed the windows and porch and, most impressively, restored a flagstone sidewalk that was put in over 25 years ago. For the sidewalk they leveled out the stones that had become uneven over the years, cut away the grass and soil that had buried the edges of the sidewalk, power washed then filled all the cracks with a beautiful pea gravel. It looks AMAZING!!!! In past years we had them clean and restain our deck. Their work is done with such care and is so thorough and complete. They have an amazing work ethic and take pride in what they do. And their pricing is extremely fair! On top of that, they are the nicest guys we have ever hired to do work on our house. Friendly, calm and professional. A joy to be around. We are looking for other reasons to have them come back!

  We would like to thank Austin and Mason the owners A&M Solutions for the outstanding job power washing our Plantations Carriage Home Community. from start to finish they were very professional, courteous, dependable and diligent. They paid close attention to detail and took pride in their work our Carriage homes were looking cleaned and refreshed. On behalf of the CHOA Board appreciate their dedication and hard work. we highly recommend a A&M Solution looking for power washing services.

  My house is 30 years old. We had concrete splatter on the Dutch lap siding and it wouldn’t even come off with a razor blade!! It was awful no matter what we did we couldn’t get it off. Upon contacting A&M, I asked them if they thought they could get that off of my back porch and he said I’ll be honest with you. I don’t know if we can or not. We can try ( this stuff) when we come out to give the estimate we can try a spot and see if it will work.. and it did well on the small spot that they tried. And I’ll be honest with you I did not think that the effort would have been put into it to get it all off, but they did and I’m over the moon pleased with the overall job! I seriously never expected it to ALL come off!! It’s beautiful …it even smells clean. It looks like I had brand new siding put on my home now. Hubby‘s gonna have to paint up the trim because the soffit and facia is WHITE again it’s …absolutely amazing.! At one point when I had refinished my patio set, ( 15 years ago) I had stained it, and I splattered stain on the side of the house and it had dried before I noticed it…. But the majority of that all came off also.!! I like the fact that they were honest and upfront and said “we can’t guarantee that we’ll get everything off but we will do the best that we can .” I like the fact that they BOTH came out and I was able to meet them in person & tested that area for me.. Honestly I WILL recommend them 100% every time and I will use them again in the future cause they did an excellent job. They were kind and courteous and they even did my windows. !! lol They came at the time they quoted me, they would be here. And even after I ask them to do a few extra things that I forgot to ask questions about when they were here & they gladly did them, and it was included in my price, which was fabulous! ! I’m too old to do it myself anymore. It’s definitely worth having someone else to do it. My roof looks like somebody just put a new set of shingles on it. It was black before & now it’s like new!! If I could give them 10 stars, I would I’m that pleased!! I wish now I would’ve taken before pictures, (but they Would have actually been embarrassing! )
