Very accommodating to our needs while staying in the home while repairs are being completed and working with the other contractors who were doing other repairs at the same time the flooring was being installed.

- WMWayne MummaApr 21, 20261.0We had our kitchen and Half bath remodeled and had a high grade laminate installed. 1.5 years after I noticed boards lifting under the table. Curtis came out and stated he thought the boards broke where they lock together plus I showed him a flaw from installation where the board was short of the trim and would like it made right since they needed to come back anyway. I was quoted $325 to fix the damaged boards. I think this is poor customer service to charge for a repair that was not my fault. 1 year installation warranty and I was over 6 months.
