  I had a particulary time-sensitive and permit-sensitive job in Pittsburgh for a 4-unit building, which is technically classified as commercial in Pittsburgh. This was a 2-panel replacement for unsafe, old Federal Pacific panels. The Mr. Sparky team went above and beyond the request, brought everything up to code and way beyond my initial request (surge protection, gfc breakers, service outlet, grounding), even following up when I felt everything wasn't quite right. The Mr. Sparky team was fast, got the permits necessary, followed through when things were difficult with the city with clerical mistakes and made sure everything passed appropriately. The communication was superb. This company is more than residential, they are a reliable company that can follow through in the city of Pittsburgh for commercial needs as well, and that says a lot.

  The person from Mr.Sparky …Dylan…was very professional and knowledgeable..he explained all that needed to be done ..and gave me a estimate for the service I was requesting..the office answered my call And immediately set up an appointment the next day ..they keep up with current requirements for insurance and codes ..especially if you are planning any change ..I would recommend the company there were no services done just review of request I called for in relation to electrical

  Jason with Mister Sparky was most professional and helpful addressing our week long loss of power issue due to storms while away in FL. He and his crew reconnected the external lines and service entry panels. Then followed up multiple times to make sure WPPower reconnected our service successfully a week later. I Highly recommend him and his team for any electrical needs. 100% satisfaction

  These gentlemen were the best contractors me and my husband have ever worked with. What started as flickering lights in our home when the A/C ran, turned into discovering our electrical panel was bad! Not going to lie I panicked at first, but your guys explained the process from start to finish, and it was incredibly affordable! I never felt like a burden when I had questions, and they were very friendly. I never felt uncomfortable with them in our home, and they were so respectful. They were able to complete all of the work in a day! Quick, clean, and efficient! We know who we will call whenever we need excellent electricians!

  Extremely pleased with the work done on my home. Dylan and Seamus were everything you'd want - friendly and knowledgeable and they really made sure I understood every part of the job and how to correctly use what they had installed. The job was clean with very good attention to detail. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was super friendly and very responsive to the questions I had. As a plus, my dog loved everyone and of course they doted on him...and you know what they say, if my dog likes you I like you! Couldn't be happier and would recommend without hesitation.
