  I’ll be short and sweet, because if I’m not, I could write a book about my amazing experience with Mister Sparky. Kim took my call, and she was sweet, kind, thoughtful, and informative. She answered every question before I even had to ask. Her communication was top notch, and she kept me in the loop every step of the way with emails and calls before and after the service. Seamus, who came out to provide the estimate, was top drawer. He was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly patient with the many questions I threw his way. He provided the estimate before he left and made the whole process feel almost too simple. On the day the work was completed, Seamus and Dylan were prompt, welcoming, and made me feel as if I had known them for years. What I thought would be a complicated project was made simple. They cleaned up after the job was done and offered helpful suggestions and free education along the way. Why? Because they genuinely care and are truly good people. Thanks for the shout about Edison bulbs, Dylan—greatly appreciated! To reiterate, Kim, Seamus, and Dylan are exactly the kind of people you hope to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless, thoughtful, and professional experience.

  The electricians with Mr Sparky were professional and provided excellent services. They installed three lighted ceiling fans, a dining room lamp, and an exhaust fan in our bathroom.
