I wasn’t expecting a call back as quickly as I got one as it was the weekend, but I received a call back within 5-10 minutes. When I spoke with Darlene, she made the process easy with scheduling and was pleasant to speak with. Nathan came out for the service and was SO kind and helpful. This is my first time having a septic system and he gave me helpful information moving forward. I initially thought the tank just needed cleaned out as I was having issues with my toilet backing up, but it turns out there was a clog that Nathan kindly took a few extra minutes to clear for me. From start to finish my experience with this company was excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their assistance.
