  If I could give more than five stars, I would. The entire process was perfection. We replaced our old outdated HVAC and were treated with professionalism at every level. They were fast, efficient and had the best pricing out of all of our estimates. I would suggest Cianiotti Heating and Air to anyone.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service when I called. The woman who answered the phone was unprofessional, and the overall interaction left a very negative impression. I typically prefer to support small businesses, and I initially reached out with that intention. However, due to the poor service, I chose to go with Johnson’s Heating and Cooling instead. Based on this experience, I would recommend considering other companies.

  Chuck & his working family members replaced our complete whole house air conditioning units last summer but also replaced our high efficiency gas furnace at one of the most intense cold snaps last month! They expertly installed the furnace including duct fabrication in four hours! I highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality & professional workmanship!
