  I opened an account 2 months ago and still haven't had trash cans delivered. I've called 7 times and nobody answers the phone and they don't call back.

  Customer service is horrible. Woman seems to think customers are annoyances. My bin has a huge whole and I contacted them 3 weeks ago for replacement. I am "on the list" but no forecast when I will get replacement. I have to put garbage into a leaf bag because otherwise garbage falls out of bin. Still no ETA on bin.

  We have been using McCullough for many years and their service has only deteriorated. Over the last 3 weeks, our recycles has been picked up but not the trash and this has nothing to do with weather. When you try to call them, no one answers. Not a satisfied customer.

  I asked for a list of all fees for residential trash removal, I was told $105 per quarter with only a one-time $50 set up fee. The first bill arrived for two quarters (legitimate) with an extra $125 billed. They sent a postcard after I left a message asking to speak with someone about the charges and was ignored - no call backs. Essentially they billed me 3 times for the opening fee. When I finally got “Jean” live on the phone and I cancelled the service, even though I cancelled twice through email, she tried to gaslight me by saying I was only charged $260 instead of what I was actually charged. I have saved the postcard and screenshots of my account bills in case they try to get this post taken down. Don’t use this service unless you don’t care about paying extra, bad customer service and ignored requests for assistance.

  I have been with McCullough over a year now since moving to Bensalem. I cannot say enough good things about them. They have always been professional, on time and an overall great service! Would highly recommend.
