Crawl space encapsulation creates a dry, hygienic, and safe interior space beneath your home that repels moisture and allergens. This can be achieved in many ways, but the main key component is a thick, durable vapor barrier to seal out the moisture from getting in. Encapsulation protects your property and creates a healthier interior climate for your entire home.

Mike McMenamin did our annual inspection, and we had a very positive experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the inspection. He explained everything clearly and answered our questions patiently. We appreciate his excellent service and would be happy to work with Mike again. Thank you!

Charlie Wright was UNREASONABLE in his efforts to serve us. His care and understanding was front and center. He was professional from the moment I opened the door, as he gave me the highlights from his walk-around outside. As the inspection continued, he helped me address the water that accumulated since I had been at work. Furthermore, he adjusted our sliding door which was difficult for me to lock. And he asked to borrow our shovel so he could remove some of the soil that worsened our leak, despite the rain that started to fall. I was touched by his commitment to serve. Our issue was not a problem for Groundworks to fix, but Charlie knew who could help and made the contact for us. Thank you Charlie; thank you Groundworks! I am grateful.

I've had really good experiences with Groundworks. I really liked the estimator that came out, Evan. And was really happy when groundworks reached out a year after the work was completed to perform a free inspection. Joe D came out to complete the inspection and was very professional and pleasant to work with.

Mike Cleary did the yearly maintenance on our sump pump. He also did an inspection of the water-proofing that was done in our basement. He was very professional and polite. I am naturally curious and was asking him questions about how things were working. He explained things to me in a way I could understand and was very patient with me. I appreciate service people like this since this is my house and I do like to keep informed with what is happening to it. Everything was fine. The sump pump did its job appropriately. I have another project coming up with them and I have no doubts that they will not disappoint me. Thank you.

I want to start by saying I actually believe in this product. Foundation and waterproofing work is something I was genuinely interested in, and if the sales process had been handled with any respect, I likely would have moved forward. Unfortunately, my experience with the sales rep made that impossible. From the first visit, the pressure was constant. The rep kept bringing up bonuses, his own bonuses, not any benefit to me, to push me into deciding on the spot. When I said no, he didn't accept it and kept going. I said no more times than I can count, in person during that visit and then repeatedly by phone afterward. He also pushed hard to get me into a loan to finance the work, something I never asked about and made clear I wasn't interested in. I never signed anything. Not a contract, not a work order, nothing. I made that explicit, verbally, by phone, and in writing. Despite that, the calls and texts kept coming. Eventually, without my authorization or signature, they scheduled a crew to come do the work. I had to repeat myself over and over, providing the same answer I'd already given a dozen times, just to try to get them to stop. I have documentation of all of it: texts, emails, and voicemails, all showing the same thing, me declining and them continuing anyway. That's not a communication gap. That's a company that doesn't take no for an answer until you make them. It's genuinely disappointing, because I don't doubt the work itself might be good. But a good product shouldn't need this kind of pressure to sell. Nobody should have to fight this hard just to be left alone after saying no.
