  Ordered hardwood floor beginning of May. Was told it would take about 2 weeks to come in. Called them this week and said the flooring would be in next week??? Too late for my project starting in 2 days! I am going to Floor and Decor. They have the floor in stock. I told the guy I wanted a refund. Never said a word to me. Just processed the refund and that was it. Worst customer service ever. Go to Floor and Decor in Bethel Park for the best selection and customer service! My order was ready for pick up In an hour! Don't waste your time going to this store.

  Everything went very smoothly. Eric helped me find the perfect flooring for my home and made the purchase process easy. I had to return several days later to pick up the product because of vehicle issues. The warehouse staff was ready for me when I arrived to pick up the product and even helped me load it in my vehicle. About a week after I picked up the flooring, the crew came and installed it. They did a meticulous job. They cleaned everything up and even mopped my new floor before they left. Great experience.

  Quality selection of flooring materials, better than the big box stores but what really sets them apart is the knowledgeable A+ customer service. They know more about flooring than just pointing you to the isle. We re-did my father's floor and the quality is top notch!

  Purchased laminate flooring from this company. I was told the floor would be in within a few weeks as we had to order this floor to the store. Weeks went by with no word from any employees and we had to take it upon ourselves to call to see what was going on. They told us the shipment was delayed and we ended up waiting almost 2 months for this flooring to come in. When we ordered this floor we were reassured multiple times that this was a good floor to place in a living room and that it would hold up. The floor has now been installed for 2 weeks and there’s is dents from all of the furniture. Keep in mind we have laminate flooring in the kitchen as well that has NO dents in it and we’ve had it for years. When we called them to ask why they told us this floor would be good when it was in fact not, all they said was they could give us $200 in store credit. I stated that if they gave me $200 store credit and purchased more flooring to fix the dented pieces what would happen when they dented AGAIN. They proceeded to tell me there was nothing else they could do. The store employees were EXTREMELY rude during this process as well. I have bought from this store before and recommended it to many people but I will NEVER buy from them again after this experience and will tell everyone I know to also not buy from them.
