I highly recommend calogero . He was professional, reliable, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly before starting the work. The repair was done efficiently. He was also friendly, respectful, and cleaned up everything after finishing the job. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs. Excellent service

Horrible on all aspects. I called them originally in an emergency situation when i arrived home with no running water. They told me they would try to get someone to come over the next day to look diagnose and fix the issue. I took off of work the whole date to ensure I could be at home when they come to diagnose and repair. I was on standby essentially the whole day, until they finally notified me that they wouldn't be coming out because they could not fit me into their schedule and wasted my whole day off. They then offered to come over the next day and said I could just leave the door unlocked and they would come over and diagnose and fix the issue while I was at work. Feeling as if I had no choice, i regrettably agreed. After arriving they gave me a call telling me that they my pressure tank and my water pump both failed and they would have to replace both at one time, charging me over $1500. Following the fix, about a year later, I come home and once again, I have no water. I call them and they told me that their plumber was out on a job but would contact me as soon as possible...again i was on standby for hours, until they finally called me stating they wouldn't make it out until the next day. This time i made sure I was at home during the process. The plumber they sent was a good guy, seemed like he was really dedicated and wanted to help me, but lacked experience. How do I know? Because after various testing, he told me my water pump was broken again (just a year after replacement and told me I would have to pay for a brand new pump)! After spending about 5 hours (including the time he left my house to get water to test the pump) he decided to call another plumber as a last resort. The other plumber diagnosed the situation immediately without being present, stating it was not a water pump issue, but rather a wiring problem. He finally inspected the wiring and discovered about a foot of shredded wiring. He fixed the wiring and went on his way. Couple days later, I get an invoice for $600. I questioned why it was $600 and I was informed that they only charged me for the labor and cut me a break for the foot of wiring they replaced. I questioned them how the wiring was damaged when it was underground unless it was damaged in the process of installation and why it took that long to diagnose when it should have been diagnosed when they should have inspected the wiring when it was being pulled out from the ground (as other people with plumbing experience told me it was common knowledge to do so). They refunded me for the whole amount. I appreciate that, but the whole experience makes me question whether my pressure tank and water pump actually needed replacement or not. While I will never know the truth on the condition of my original pressure tank and water pump, after my experience the second time around makes me question whether I was rightfully charged $7000 the first time, my gut tells me no, but I will leave that up to you to decide when you decide to hire this company after reading my review. I may have burned a bridge with them after they refunded me $600 , but it's a bridge I never intend on crossing again.

CJ was great. He identified and fixed the issue with our leaky ceiling pretty expeditiously. He walked us through what the problem was and how he was going to fix it, and it was easy to understand 10/10 recommend.
