  Scott replaced our metal tank from 1965 with a new concrete tank for a reasonable price. He was easy to schedule with, easy to talk to and easy to have around for the day during the install. Scott was on time, efficient, and expected the same out of everyone who worked with him. Thanks to him, septic tank replacement has been one of our easiest projects on our fixer upper journey.

  Incredibly helpful and walked me through the entire process to understand what was being done and why. Was willing to work inconvenient hours to make sure my home and family was safe. Wouldn't recommend anyone else.

  May 2026 Septic system repair: My Septic alarm was going off. I called a few different companies that are actually all one company now Monopolizing the area and they wanted to charge me $300 just to come out to assess/ diagnose the problem. Not even an emergency appointment (that would have been 450.00) scheduled an appointment for 1-2 days later automatically 300.00 plus whatever the problem fee was to fix on top! I kept searching I can’t afford that! I found Scott at tri-state I explained to him what was going on said no fee to check it out , explained he could scheduled me as soon as he could 2 days, came out to my house, called as soon as he arrived, he was on time and kept me updated throughout the service. I had to work, as we all do so wasn’t home he did diagnostics for free, called me , sent pictures of before and after work completed very honest very and transparent my problem ( which was a faulty float) didn’t price gouge me or try to over sell me anything, to fix cost me less than $200.00. he was very respectful, and patient. He explained my whole septic system cause I have no clue how it actually works. I will definitely use again. He is definitely my Septic repair guy. I’m not calling anybody else! If you want a honest person you call Scott at tri-state. As a woman I felt taken care of not taken advantage of and I really appreciate and respect him for that, Im most definitely sure the other companies would have had me pay at least 600.00 that’s absolutely insane how they are treating people. Support your local businesses in your community and tip your repair workers, they deserve it. Scott I’m really grateful to have found your company my alarm probably still be unplugged alarming trying to save up to get fixed if you didn’t exist thank you for being a decent human being!
