  I had an emergency septic situation at my Milford, PA property, original metal tank from the 70s rusted through and developed a hole. Called Scott at Tri-State Septic and he responded immediately, which is exactly what you need when raw sewage is the problem. Scott handled the entire job soup to nuts: assessed the failure, pulled the permits, helped me pick the right replacement tank for the property, and scheduled the install fast. On install day his crew was on time and methodical. They ran into two complications - significant rock in the excavation and a tight working area under the existing deck to reach the tank location, and worked through both without changing the price or timeline. Final result is clean: new concrete tank set, new lines run, leach pit rebuilt with fresh stone. Site cleanup was solid given the scope of the dig. If you own a home in the Milford / Pike County area and need septic replacement, sewer work, or excavation, Scott is who you want. Easy recommendation!

  Scott was professional and honest from start to finish. He ran the camera, quickly identified the issue, and clearly explained both the problem and the solution.   Tri-State Septic was referred to me and I could not have been luckier, had my septic pump go out on me on a Sunday night made a call to Scott on Monday and he was out the same day. He was able to evaluate my issue right away and jumped in to pull the bad pump out and drain the water to give me some time to get a new one the next day which he ordered. He and his partner Jeff went into action and had me up and running in less than 2 hours. If you are looking for top tier installation at an excellent price look no further Tri State is a major GO!

  I was referred to tri-state septic and drain cleaning by a good friend of mine. We were having issues with our septic tank filling up fast and after having it drained twice by a different company, we decided to go look for another opinion. Scott showed up at the house promptly as promised and assessed the entire situation. He then gave us options on what we could do to remediate the problems we were having here at the home. The result was tri-state, septic removed and replaced our old septic tank entirely. They also removed and replaced the entire Leach field. The work was done, incredibly professional, and the house system has been working flawlessly ever since. As an incredibly skilled operator Scott even removed and replaced a bluestone walkway, that we were ultimately concerned about going through the process. His estimate was spot on and there were no surprises, and no extra costs. They provided professional results with incredible courtesy to my whole family while performing the work.
