  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Invisible Fence and their entire team! From start to finish, the experience has been absolutely seamless, professional, and life-changing for our family. While everyone we dealt with was fantastic, we want to give a massive, heartfelt thank you to Jennica. She is truly one of a kind! Jennica did an amazing job training our dogs with the new fence. What makes her so incredibly special to us is her rare talent for connection—she didn't just connect beautifully with our dogs, but she also connected deeply with us as owners. She made the entire training process such a great experience. In fact, we still look back at the pictures we took from that day with so much fondness! Thanks to Jennica and the whole crew, our dogs are safe, confident, and loving their freedom. If you are on the fence about getting an Invisible Fence, do it—and ask for Jennica! We couldn't be more grateful.

  We recently had Invisible Fence install a system for our dogs, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. It started with an initial consultation with Jennica, who walked us through exactly what to expect, patiently answered every single question and concern we had, and even put up with all the maps I kept drawing out for her. She was amazing. Then Grady and Ernie came out to do the installation and worked patiently with our dogs, taking great care to ensure they understood the boundaries safely and confidently. They were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. You could tell they have done this hundreds of times and genuinely care about getting it right. Between Jennica’s thorough guidance upfront and Grady and Ernie's hands-on work with our dogs, we felt fully prepared and confident instead of just being handed a finished product. We highly recommend Invisible Fence to anyone looking for a safe, reliable way to keep their dog secure. Jennica, Grady, and Ernie made the whole process great—great team, great communication, and great results.

  We had an incredible experience with Jennica, our rep with invisible fence! She was absolutely fantastic with our chocolate lab and really took the time to time to break everything down for us when explaining the service. It was a no brainer decision. The training is incredible! The trainers are absolutely wonderful! 10/10 🤩 would recommend! I tell every dog owner I know who doesn’t have a fence how incredible this company has been.

  We had Jennica out after our Havapoo ran away for the 4th time. She fit us in quickly and gave lots of great education about our fence options. We ended up using the GPS collar. Ernie came out and provided training for us, and after a few weeks our dog was successfully trained and respecting his boundaries! Ernie and Jennica helped us along the way with the few (user error) issues we had, and it was a great experience. Our lives, and the life of our sweet dog, is so much better for our experience with Invisible Fence. Highly recommend.

  To say that at first I was super skeptical and nervous about an invisible fence is an understatement. My dogs are 5 and 3 and have been used to a traditional fence since they were puppies. Jennica came out to our home and explained how the entire process worked from start to finish. She was amazing with my girls!! They loved her immediately and it was easy to see how knowledgeable she is and how much she truly loves her job and giving dogs this incredible product. She was also patient with me and my 5 million questions. We ordered on the spot and had our fence installed in no time. The trainings were extremely helpful and she had great patience with my stubborn ladies. They are now off leash and loving their freedom inside the invisible fence. This has been the best decision I have made for them and they are certainly living their best lives now!!!!
