- CHcarl hovenstineAug 3, 20261.0Purchased a groundhog 14 Pro have less than 20 hours on unit when hydraulic oil cooler began leaking. Called groundhog only to be told that part was not under warranty. I was not happy. Asked how much a new part was they said 104.00 asked what the warranty was on the part they said no warranty. I regret buying this junk and from someone that does not back the products they sell. The manager had 0 interest in resolving the issue. If you can afford different don’t buy a Chinese excavator because they are junk, unless you buy from someone that backs them. I stand by my review 100% if the part isn’t warranted on a new unit for more than five months, it’s junk……,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Just wanted to state I didn’t get this unit at a severe discount, and also where on earth do you buy a new replacement part and not get a warranty on it. The answer would be nowhere. I just wanted to let you know I found a better hydraulic cooler on eBay for 49.50 with a 3 year warranty
