In spite of this, I found the price he quoted was very high, and as I had mentioned when speaking with him, I don't want to haggle. I wanted the companies best price. It didn't meet my needs. So I went with another company.

I had a text message first thing in the morning informing me of my place in the queue and an ETA for their arrival. The electrician, Phil, showed up right on time and got to working thru the troubleshooting after asking a few more questions. It turned out to be a lot of repairs needed and an all day job. Phil was a great technician with all the tools and skills needed to swap out the faulty components and get us back in business. Electricity shouldn’t be handled lightly and having a qualified, verified and certified technician is worth the peace of mind.
