  I had an excellent experience with Harris for my HVAC replacement. From the initial consultation to the installation, the entire team was professional and knowledgeable. They kept everything clean throughout the process, showed up on time, and completed the job efficiently. What really impressed me was how quickly they were able to get my new system installed - it was up and running in less than 24 hours after our consultation. They also offer good financing options. The equipment they installed is high quality. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest company that provides outstanding service from start to finish, I highly recommend Harris.   Durning one of our worst heat waves last week our 15-year old heat pump stopped working. I called five HVAC companies and Harris was the only one that called me back. Their technician came out and gave us several options from non-optimistic fixes to full replacement. We decided on the full replacement due to the unit's age. The sales rep came out in no time and helped us select the right unit for our house and had the unit ready for the next day. The next day Ivan and his team came and took such care of our house during the install. They were highly professional and competent in 101 degrees weather. We had air back by that night and it saved our family and friends 4th of July celebration.

  I called Harris on July 3 thinking no one would come since it was a holiday. To my surprise they were not only open but had an available technician to come same day . Ben Gardner arrived and was friendly, kind ,knowledgeable and did not leave my house until the AC was properly working . He answered all my questions , he diagnosed the issues and took care of every issue . I would highly recommend Harris and Ben Gardner ! Also every person I spoke with to get the appointment was friendly , kind and professional and kept me updated on arrival time . I also used the CHAT on their website to begin the process ! Very helpful! Thanks to all ! Kathy

From the first visit to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. A huge thank you to Nick Valenti for doing such an outstanding job. He was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain everything throughout the entire process, making sure I understood what was being done and answering all of my questions. I never felt pressured, and I really appreciated his patience and professionalism. The installation of my new HVAC system went smoothly, and the workmanship was excellent. Nick treated my home with respect, cleaned up thoroughly when the job was finished, and left everything looking spotless. It’s hard to find companies that care this much about both the quality of their work and their customers.   I was not present during the entire installation of my project however, another family member was. She said that the gentlemen here were professionals and worked all day to perform the installation of my entire project. They were polite and respectful of her situation. She had just returned home after an extended time in a rehab facility and was tasked with controlling two dogs without being able to get up off the couch. Installers walked me through all equipment and how to use our new thermostat. They made sure to wait for me to return home to explain everything. Nick and his crew were knowledgeable and very respectful. My new system was extremely efficient. My new system worked very quickly to restore a very cool home immediately after they left. As promised it only took about an hour to cool down my home after they left. They were also available the next day when I had additional questions. I would recommend Harris for all things heating and air conditioning !
