  When another electrician botched a job leaving me without power for 4 days, Harris Electrical really came to my rescue. Isaiah was fantastic - friendly, clear, explained all my options and answered all my questions. As a woman handling repair issues alone, I can also say that he was very transparent about pricing, patient in his explanations, and I never felt talked-down-to as I have with others in the past. Additionally, Harris is handling all the paperwork with my electric company to get my power back on (which the other electricians refused to help with). I will definitely be calling them again!

  I give Harris plumbing heating air & electric five stars not just to anyone or company they came to my house the first time to check my A/C, the technician gave my system a good system check and left and said everything looks good. He could have told me my system was low on refrigerant but didn't. He was honest said your all good. I scheduled a appointment to get a price for a new A/C system and they didn't charge me for that system check. Well later my system did have a leak and went empty. They came out again and gave me a reasonable price to replace just my A/C. Lee was so nice and professional thier technician Jovany came to install my system they were knowledgeable and very clean and done a spectacular job. i hope if you need anything done to your heating air these guys are your guys. Thank you Harris plumbing heating air and electric. I will definitely call them back when needed.

  I was having some electrical issues with some of my outlets and security panel not working. Having had an excellent experience using Harris for plumbing repair before, I decided to give them another try. Harris made scheduling easy. They came out right away and I didn't have a long wait time before their technician came to the house. I was very happy with my service. My electrician, Vincent Petruzzi, was very helpful in explaining what my issues were and offered me a fair price for the repair. He stayed late just to make sure that I would have electricity for the evening. I am very satisfied! I also want to note that I had a very good experience with plumber Jason Stiteler who replaced my garbage disposal, replaced one of my bathroom faucets, and repaired one of my toilets that was making unusual noises. I will definitely use Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electrical if I have any future issues.

  My fiancé and I have been wanting to have a new ceiling fan put in our living room that has vaulted ceilings. It sounds simple but we have minimal attic access and space, and there is no existing electrical that is run to the area we want the fan. I requested Harris to come out and take a look and tell me what my options would be. Andrew came out on Sunday, did a through inspection (including getting up into the tiny attic that the building inspectors could not even access, and provided us with quotes. Once we settled on a decision, Andrew and his apprentice came back out 4 days later and completed the project with the fan we chose. They were professional, even wore booties on their feet to entire no mud or dirt tracking, and cleaned up after themselves. I have seen advertisements for this company everywhere. Ur never used them before. I saw their reviews were excellent and I completely agree with their high rating. My family and I are beyond excited to now have increased airflow the way we always wanted and we will surely utilize this company again in the future!

  I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I’m extremely frustrated with this experience. I initially called about a clogged drain and was told they couldn’t provide pricing over the phone. When I called back, a different employee told me they could provide pricing, so I scheduled a same-day appointment. The technician Nasir who came out that evening was very kind, personable, and did a good job fixing the portion of the problem he was equipped to handle. Unfortunately, another technician with different equipment was needed to finish the job. I was told someone would be out first thing the next morning. When no one contacted me, I called at 9:30 a.m. and was told they had never actually put me on the schedule. I was then guaranteed someone would come the following day (Sunday) between 8 a.m. and noon. At 9:30 Sunday morning, I received a text saying they couldn't come and were pushing me to the next day…. AGAIN! So I've now been cancelled on twice, after being specifically given two different appointment commitments. The communication has been equally frustrating. I'm a renter and have repeatedly provided my phone number and asked them to contact me directly because my landlord rarely answers his phone. Instead, they continue calling him and will cancel the job if he doesn't respond quickly enough. I have been told different things depending on who I speak to- which leads me to feel like they are dishonest. Did the technician on Friday really not have the tools to fix the issue? OR was this a play to get more money because of course this next visit will be billed separately?? When I called today to address the situation, the dispatcher was extremely rude and essentially told me that I shouldn't expect service on a Sunday — despite the fact that THEY had given me a Sunday appointment and an 8 a.m.–noon window. I've already spent nearly $500 on the first part of this repair and am now left with a shut-off toilet, waiting yet another day and with very little confidence that they'll actually show up. I do want to give credit where it’s due: Nasir, the technician who came out initially, was very kind, personable, and professional. He did a good job fixing the portion of the problem he was equipped to handle. Unfortunately, the company's scheduling, communication, and customer service have been extremely disappointing.
