At our start in 1979, we did this by drilling wells. As we grew, we helped homeowners with their well pumps too. As we continued to grow, water treatment joined our list of services. Ste Fogelsanger was excellent. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do before he did & why he was doing it. Ste explained each step in his analysis, why he was doing it and what result was and what was OK & was the next step was. Ste gave approximate estimates of what material costs were going to be as he proceeded with his diagnosis. Ste made sure I was clear with what needed to be done and that it was OK to proceed. It took Ste approximately 2 hours to replace the well pump and get us running water. Ste made sure everything was working properly before he left. He showed me an itemized bill of the costs on his iPad, and explained what the cost items were for. Cleanup was excellent. Overall, very very pleased with service.
