  Very disappointed in this company! We had an interior french drain system installed in February. We were advised to wait three months before finishing the remodeling in our basement to let the concrete settle. It is now May and ready to begin the remodel process, when we noticed cracks in the concrete they poured. The concrete is springing up when you step on it. We called the company immediately and asked for it to be fixed ASAP, so we can have our basement finally put back together. The best they can do is 3 weeks out, in June, unless they have a customer reschedule. Our job should have an urgency around it since this was their fault. We would not recommend this company!

  We called Keystone to have them check out a structural issue involving a bowed wall and a brick column that holds up the second-story porch. Jeff arrived on time, was very friendly, and easy to talk to. He did a thorough inspection of the porch foundation, problem column, and surrounding areas to figure out potential causes. Jeff answered all questions clearly, and after evaluating the porch, was transparent that their foundation-stabilization services may not solve our second story porch column problem and did not push for unnecessary repairs. We are still determining what to do about the porch, but would not hesitate to use Keystone should we decide to stabilize this foundation.

  Very bad communication. We had booked and waited for months for foundation posts outside to be replaced. The construction crew manager Devon never called or contacted me about the details a month or more before when he visited. Shortly before starting, I heard they were going to cut my fence and notes were written to take no responsibility about putting pavers back as best they could or if they'd be destroyed. Michael the man I talked to did not mention these notes and just told me to ask the crew about putting them back myself that day. I asked if he could ask them since I didn't feel comfortable doing that then he cancelled the job. It was then that I found out from someone else at the company that the note said to take no responsibility about it. When I booked the date, they did not tell me the second date that they would come. If they had, I would have known to try to get a different date since it was my birthday. Again, terrible communication. They had initially told me they'd do it in one day with a spiral pier. Later, I was told that wasn't possible. At least, they refunded me promptly

  Chris Bailey is very experienced, courteous, and thorough in guiding you through each step of the process. He remains engaged throughout and does not simply leave after closing the sale. After having several different companies visit, he was the only one who arrived fully prepared. He took measurements, entered the crawl space to conduct a detailed examination, and ensured everything was properly assessed. A week before the project started, the field supervisor, Joe, and project manager, Devin, came out to evaluate the site and help prepare the crew. They were respectful, professional, and provided helpful information. The crew lead, Gavin, along with his team members, Julez and Dee, were exceptional. They demonstrated a high level of knowledge and took great care in their work. Their dedication was evident as they worked diligently without stopping. These young men were very respectful and kind, and I never felt uncomfortable having them in my home. Having interacted with many contractors and tradespeople over the years, I can sincerely praise these three young men for their professionalism and attitude. If there were a way to recognize their efforts with a raise or bonus, I would certainly consider it. They even took the time to listen to a few of my stories, adding a friendly touch to the experience. Overall, this team worked seamlessly together and transformed what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one. Thank you, Keystone.

  Gavin, Dee, and Jules were absolutely outstanding! These young men had a significant project at my home, and they approached it with professionalism and grace. They were very respectful and easy to communicate with, and they demonstrated a high level of knowledge. Gavin, the crew boss, took the time to answer all of my questions, walk me through the day's plan, and at the end of each day, explain what had been accomplished and the plan for the next day. Field boss Joe visited twice to check on progress, especially given the size of the project and some unforeseen issues that arose. The communication throughout the project was excellent, which I greatly appreciate. They worked diligently and tirelessly, prioritizing doing the job right and avoiding shortcuts, even when it would have been easier to do otherwise. Considering they travel 1 1/2 hours each way, work all day, and then commute back home, their enthusiasm and dedication were truly impressive. Each morning, they arrived with a positive attitude and readiness to begin. I would highly recommend this crew without hesitation. Chris is phenomenal! I called a few other companies to come take a look and to give me estimates. Chris was the only one who did the measurements, got in the crawlspace, and thoroughly went over everything. It is a huge project and we had a lot to cover. He explained everything Very well and talked to me with respect unlike the other companies. He is very helpful even when it comes to the financing. He helps you every step of the way. I appreciate that very much. We just wrapped up the first half of the project and have more to go. So far it’s been a pleasurable experience working with Keystone Basement Systems. I highly recommend them.
