  The price is way too high. I got caught by the 10% discount 'if you sign up now' and that was stupid of me. They missed the main leaking area, I hired someone off NextDoor to fix it, same french drain to sump pump dance, only cost me a couple hundred. Other basement companies may be charging as much, perhaps more, they're all a ripoff. Putting up those brace posts and carving french drains to a sump pump should be $5k, $7 at most, not $20k. and then the annual maintenance is $200/visit and if you don't do it, then the warranty is invalidated. I feel like the world's biggest sucker

  On Saturday I realized I had a problem with water coming into the basement and on Sunday , Cody came out and assessed the problem. He knew exactly how to tackle this and I immediately trusted his judgment. Fortunately, Keystone Basement was able to get me in the same week. Gavin and Jullian came and did the work flawlessly. Despite the overwhelming heat from the summer, they got the job done within a few hours. Gavin gave me a complete rundown on the work they were doing and I felt comfortable with them inside my house.

  Keystone Basement Systems was the place to call! As first time homeowners who are new to paying such big expenses we were a little nervous. But, from beginning to end the team that came to assist us was extremely knowledgeable. They assured us in the quality of their work and you could tell they cared. Noah and Todd were helpful in explaining how things worked and their team leader Ty was definitely in the right position! We are thankful for a seamless two day adventure and thankful for the wonderful team that made it possible.

  Cody and his team were awesome to work with! We had some pretty substantial termite damage to joists in our new home as well as a leak in the basement. The work they did was excellent and we now have peace of mind knowing that the structural integrity of our home is sound. They did a sump pump install and sealed the entire wall that was getting moisture in along with sister in new joists. The entire process was really impressive and they got it done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend going with Keystone Basement Systems if you need any basement work done!   Jim Youhon was the representative from Keystone basement systems who came to our home to explain how they could fix my sidewalks. They had become uneven after there was an earthquake many years ago that affected them. I have health problems that cause me to trip, and the sidewalk was frightening to me. Jim took all of the measurements, then came inside and explained in detail to us how they would fix the sidewalks. We saw a video that explained everything perfectly. My son was also at the presentation and he reminded me that the sidewalks on the house next-door that I own were in bad shape. Jim went out and took all the measurements and now I won’t have to worry about the sidewalks at either house. He was so knowledgeable and efficient that I was truly amazed. Most representatives don’t know their jobs in such detail, but Jim obviously had a great deal of training and experience, which made us feel much more comfortable. We are also satisfied with the price, because we had absolutely no idea what it would cost. I would recommend working with Jim to anyone I know!
