Jeff did a great job walking me through the basement options for the water issue I've been having as well as an overview of Keystone basement systems as a compnay. I was able to get a quote pressure free and he was able to fit me in his schedule when my original schedule changed. Overall a good experience.

Professional, kind, considerate, and so informative! The Specialist's name started with a "J" I think, but he definitely made an experience much more memorable than his name (apparently). I was so elated to have things explained to me so well, I'll definitely be sharing my experience with anyone in need of these services.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Keystone Basement Systems. We called them because our sidewalks were sinking around the edges of our home. We worked with Jeff and he was very knowledgeable and thorough with his assessments and estimates. He gave us our options and made recommendations and at no point did we feel pressured to make any decisions on the spot.
We can’t wait to have our nice level sidewalks back.

Contacting KBS was one of the best decisions I have made as a homeowner. Interior french drains had been installed by the previous owner via a local company, but after a few interactions with that company, I vowed to look elsewhere should a need arise in the future. Lone and behold, the July 4th 2026 torrential downpours rolled through the southwestern PA skies, and I realized that after putting it off long enough, I needed to have a sump pump installed. Not being an expert by any means and wanting to prepare myself in order to not get the "run around" from anyone, I conducted research using ChatGPT, inputting my system's measurements and presenting my scenario. It gave me a decent blueprint/idea of what would work best and what questions to ask. Then it provided me with my requested results of local companies with the highest satisfaction ratings using Google, Angie's List.
KBS was in the top three, and although scheduling had them come out to my residence second out of the three appointments with companies that I had made, I knew immediately that I was going to follow through with them despite initially being impressed by the first appointment I made with the first company to come out.
The true main reason I went with KBS was due to their salesman Chris Bailey. I shouldn't say he is a salesman though for he did not try to upsell or milk more work out of me than what I needed. He is more of an expert. Talking with him felt like catching up with a friend. It was an extremely comfortable visit with no pressure or stress whatsoever. He didn't treat me as unknowledgable or just some customer on his list of visits. He really was there to help me solve my problem, and graciously spent far more time with me talking not just about waterproofing but life in general. Of any companies to ever come to my home for any quotes or work, Chris was certainly the most genuine individual I ever had the pleasure discussing my home needs with. In addition, his views and suggestions aligned more or less spot on with what AI had suggested, so I felt confident that he had my best interests in mind. The first company suggested I would need two pumps, and although it could have been viewed as logical, Chris explained that KBS components were 100% compatible with my existing setup and that I should only need one pump - the triplesafe. He showed me models and videos detailing this setup, and even found a discount for me which put the total below my first quote. Even before the end of his visit, I had made up my mind that I wasnt even going to have a third company out as scheduled. At this point it was an easy choice. On top of this, he was able to get me an appointment for installation far sooner than the outlook gave him due to my tight work schedule.
Today was the big day, and the crew of Chris Lane, his son Kien, and their relative Tad updated me when they were 30 mins out and upon arriving were very friendly and professional. They got right to work and were welcoming as I periodically checked in on progress throughout the installation process. Each of them also answered any questions I had for them, and also took care of my home concerns such as taking shoes off to enter my home and walk across carpeting. They kept any messes created from the work to a bare minimum and from what I witnessed firsthand treated my home as if it were their own.
Overall, Keystone Basement Systems is THE company you should call if you have any needs that they can handle. I could not be happier with their team and the final result. I am sure everyone there is great, but Chris Bailey and Chris Lane's crew were absolutely exceptional.
Thank yinz so much!

Chris came
Over this Saturday after I had some moisture seep into my basement. He ran a thorough check found nothing crazy and then sat me down and we talked. He let me know about the sanidry Sedona dehumidifier and I was sold right away. Rich came and put it in my basement today and I was impressed with how quick and efficient everything went. I will definitely recommend these fellas and ladies to anyone who needs anything basementy.
