  We where a customer for over 20 yrs, just stopped coming. Kept lying to us saying they would be there by a certain date, never to show. This happened numerous times. Shame on us thinking they would be true to there word.

  I used to live across the street from where I do now and I sold that house to my son and daughter-in-law. While I was there I bought almost $5000 worth of awnings from Reeves awnings and for some reason they won’t install them this year. my son has called and emailed With no response. Tomorrow I will drive up to find out why they won’t honor their purchase, which means they are supposed to install and take them down in the fall. We really loved those awnings and they keep the house so cool but they’re not helping the coolness of the house when they’re not on the windows. They originally told my son that they have trouble getting help, but that isn’t our problem. I paid the bill when I bought them and we always paid the installation every year and when they would take them down. Dear Reeves, I hate to write this because I loved the awnings so much but why can’t you put them back up? Did we forget to pay you for something because if we did, we’ll be happy to pay you as long as you can put the awnings back up. Sincerely, Marie Andreoli

  Almost june and they STILL haven’t hung my awnings. Been a customer for almost 24 years. We keep getting they will be here this week. Not waiting much longer until I go to a magistrate to get my awnings hung. We have called and emailed. This is unacceptable.

  Great quality! The awning has been up 6 years and looks the same as the day they installed it.
