5 Star Heating & Air installed three mini splits in my Airbnb, and I couldn’t be happier! Keeping our guests comfortable year round is a big priority, and I’m glad we chose them for the job. I really appreciate the work they did and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing heating and air conditioning. Five stars well deserved!

Our 17 yr old water heater decided it had enough and gave up last weekend. With no hot water or heat we were left with a few options and reached out to five star asking if they could squeeze in an install This week. Not only were they able To rearrange their schedule and squeeze us in the entire process from sales to communication from the office and ownership, as well as the professional work from the installers at our house was all top-notch and very professional. We highly recommend 5 star, They have a great team and do very professional work.

Ever since I had my mini splits installed two years ago, I have always received exceptional service from 5 Star Heating & Air. I had an appointment for a mini split cleaning yesterday with Patrick and Ethan. They were very thorough with the cleaning and explained everything in clear detail. I highly recommend 5 Star to everyone!

We choose 5 star because of the great reviews we read. After having 5 star service our HVAC we could see why they have received so many great reviews. Our tech Patrick was very professional and informative.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 STARS DOESN’T EVEN COVER IT. I recently hired 5 Star Heating & Air to install Fujitsu mini-split units throughout my nearly 4,000-square-foot historic firehouse now real estate building in Pottsville. Being in real estate, I deal with contractors ALL DAY, every day, in different cities and counties and I can honestly say these guys are the absolute best of the best. Every single person on their crew was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. They look you in the eye, explain exactly what they’re doing, answer your questions, and most importantly they don’t talk to you like you’re stupid. 😂 As a woman in this business, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that. But the CLEANLINESS… I have never seen anything like it. I joked with my friends that watching these guys work is like an episode of The Odd Couple. One guy is drilling or working, and there’s literally another guy underneath him HOLDING A VACUUM so a speck of dust doesn’t hit the floor!!!! And the booties. THE BOOTIES. These poor guys probably walked in and out of my building 500 times over two days, and I swear every single time those booties went back on. Their workmanship is absolutely flawless. i’m not going to lie. This was a very expensive job so of course I inspected it thoroughly after they finished. The mini splits are mounted beautifully and perfectly straight. The outdoor units are perfectly installed. The SlimDuct looks fantastic. No sloppy wires. No hoses hanging everywhere. Nothing half-assed. Everything looks like it belongs there. They pulled every necessary permit, rented a lift, carefully moved my furniture themselves, completed the work, put everything back EXACTLY where it belonged and somehow left my building cleaner than when they arrived. That alone deserves six stars. I seriously cannot say enough good things about this company. When you find contractors who take this much pride in their work, respect your property, respect YOU, and do the job right the first time you hang onto their number. Don’t waste your time calling everybody else. Just call 5 Star. Heating, air conditioning, plumbing whatever you need, these are the guys I’m calling and recommending from here on out.
