I had a good experience with Haller Enterprises, to help resolve a blocked bathroom drain. A quick web search led me to Haller's site, I answered a few questions to request a call-back, and Haller was very responsive with information and scheduling options. Scheduling service was easy, and the team provided updates throughout the process on my appointment, technician eta, and billing. My technician (Darius) was great, calling ahead of arrival, providing a quick assessment of the work, and solving my drain issue quickly, including recommending options to prevent future issues. Thank you Haller & Darius!

Danial S. was upfront and honest about what to expect, he was professional and kind through the whole experience. If in the future I should need to call for services, I will be asking that he is my tech. To Danial: Thank you for what you do, never change, you are a rock star!

Called to schedule appointment for a water heater repair, was told they would put me on for repair today as I had no hot water, and I would be charged the 79 dollar service call since I called early enough in the day. Waited 5 hours and called back to find out my appointment was on Friday, 4 days away..without hot water...or they can send someone for a 200 service call fee. Felt a lot like a bait and switch, would not recommend using this company. I could have had someone else here to repair it in the 5 hours I waited.

Chris was very thorough, efficient and had a calming personality. I share that because he was totally comfortable with my inquiries and he explained without hesitation! I appreciate his review of my furnace and ducts pertaining to the system with video explanation to reassure me the work was thoroughly done and system was in good health! This was my first experience with my new annual maintenance contract and I'm very happy and look forward to my next service. I'm about prevention so this annual plan seems to be a good fit to my needs! Customer service is also important and Chris is deserving of a shout out!

Nevin performed his tasks @ hand with, precision, perfection, performance, professionalism & punctuality... Additionally , we will tell our friends & family about Haller & there professionalism....& Most important is that they are reasonably priced.... that is a big big deal! And to top it off was the tech Nevin!!! Dude knows his s#©¥ ! I kinda hung out with him during the job & in that short amount of time I picked up some pointers! 1st Pointer was how to measure connecting copper wire.....2nd...process of elimination...easy to say ... but.....Nevin nailed it with his model of patience attitude... If we have issues in the future, which of course will occur, we will be asking for Nevin !
