  These guys have lost everything they were. Must be owned by private equity now. I have a minispilt in my home and it broke during the early winter. It's only three years old so it's under manufacturers warranty. That's all fine. Stuff breaks. Haller however has dragged their feet on repair for over 6 months now. I have to call them to motivate literally every step. I guess because it's a warranty issue, they don't make as much money? No idea. Will never recommend. Still sitting here in 85 degree weather with a non working mini-split.

  Phillip did an amazing job with my AC service. He cleaned and checked everything thoroughly, making a few suggestions for future maintenance. He was friendly, competent, knowledgeable and efficient. There was no overbearing sales pitch, but he made useful and necessary recommendations. Haller has delivered once again. Highly recommend their services.

  Horrible experience had a water leak problem and they made me update all the tubs and problem show up again 8 months later in which they said it was a new problem and want to charge more money. The two tech who came to review my issue had no idea where the water was coming from and they suggested i have a plumer to check it out I was like wow I thought they were "professionals" I had a plumber came by and in 5 minutes found out the tub was broken they made me spend so much money to update the water tubs and that was not even the issue. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HALLER COMPANY AT ALL...

  Stephen arrived on time, inspected our thermostat and furnace and explained what our problem was. He explained everything clearly and made suggestions and quoted prices. He was very transparent both on what needed to be done and cost. He then promptly proceeded to complete the needed work. He was very professional. I am very pleased with Stephen and Haller. I highly recommend their services.

  Nate is as really but… 1) he recommended I have built in surge protectors. Haller installed my new system 2.5 years ago. Why wasn’t this suggested then? 2) 6 months ago when Haller came for maintenance then told me the light on my air scrubber was still on. I was told that as long as the light was on it didn’t need to be replaced. Nate contradicted this and said that if I didn’t replace the light there was a chance the transformer would be ruined. Obviously I replaced it but my question is what’s the right answer? Two Haller workers gave me contradictory answers. 3) I purchased the insurance from Haller which included 2 visits per year. I was originally paying $28 per month and then it was increased to $38 without notification. Not good.
