  Haller Enterprises has been fantastic. I switched to them recently because we continued to have issues even after my last provider came here and invoiced us a number of times There were so many things that Haller uncovered that my last provider really should have done and should’ve been done. I had also given my former provider a five star review, but this teaches me a lesson. Sometimes you really think you know what’s good just because people give you quick service but it doesn’t always mean they’re gonna solve your problem. Haller is quick, very professional and very detailed about what my problems are and what was not done in my home but should have been I guess you don’t know what’s good until you receive better And just to visits, my gut tells me that these guys really deserve six stars or more

  I had Daniel Valdez as my dispatch employee and Jonathan Logan as my technician Jonathan was the best technician I ever had from Hallers I had 3 technician within a one month period all telling me a different out come for my A/C that wasn’t working in the heat wave we were experiencing Jonathan worked with me for the best outcome to REPAIR my A/C not replacing the system we definitely had some problems getting my part due to the warehouse that collapsed in Harrisburg to finally receiving the part Jonathan came from his home to replace the part in the heat wave Jonathan is a very good technician and a great and caring person Thank you for all your help and knowledge

  Complimenting Haller's tech Jonathan Avila who has provided installation and maintenance services for my buildings many times. His concern for customer needs is evident right from the start. He wants to know how you think your system is doing. His work is very thorough backed up by photos of each thing he found that needed attention. I had an appointment mid visit but Jonathan clearly explained everything to my wife backed up by his photo record. I was able to review and understand his work later w/ the photos attached to my digital receipt. My estimates were just as thorough. I am glad Jonathan is our service tech.

  WARNING! These people took advantage by husband. Our A/C stopped cooling. I told my husband to call them and they said they would come for $79. When they came, they said that the A/C needed a new capacitor. We were expecting to pay $200 or less in total but when my husband asked them how much was that part, they said the part cost was over $400 plus the $79 service call fee. My husband believed their word thinking it was a really expensive part and paid over $500 in total. After doing some research we found out that the capacitor they claimed was over $400 dollars is actually just $35. They deceived and took advantage of us. Please STAY AWAY from these people. Get a second opinion. Don't believe them. They are not trustworthy.

  Haller tried to pull a fast one and said I needed a repair that would cost almost $4K to fix my AC. Another company said the repair is unnecessary as the TXV is working properly and they simply unclogged a pipe that fixed the no AC issue and saved me a boat load of money. And the clogged pipe should have been addressed when Haller did the inspection back in February. Instead we had to unnecessarily endure no AC during a heat wave for three nights. REVIEW EDIT DUE TO HALLERS FRUSTRATINGLY STANDARD RESPONSE TO NEGATIVE REVIEWS I get that no company is going to admit they scammed a customer, but their response to my original review infuriates me. First off, February 2026 they completed an inspection of my geothermal unit and replaced condensate pump. It is standard procedure to check for clogged pipes during inspection. Funnily enough, the pipe to the new condensate pump was not unclogged, which is highly suspicious. Could it be due to them knowing I would have issues in the coming summer season, and they knew I would call them first since I’m a member? Secondly, it is also standard procedure to check for clogged pipes for a condensate overflow error. Don’t believe me, Google it. That did not happen when they came out June 2026 to address the no AC issue. Thirdly, they claimed I needed to replace TXV that costs thousands of dollars. There is again a standard procedure/test to see if TXV is working properly. Another company’s technician confirmed later my TXV works. Lastly, Haller’s quote was thousands more to replace TXV than the standard price. Seeing a theme yet? There is no other word for this situation other than a complete an utter SCAM. Didn’t clean clogged pipe knowing they would be first call due to be being member and falsely provided me an egregiously overpriced estimate for unnecessary TXV replacement. Haller absolutely took advantage of my family knowing I was in a desperate situation during a heat wave nonetheless adding unnecessary stress to our family all while my wife is dealing with serious health issues. I called Haller days ago to discuss compensation and surprisingly no return call. I have since filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor and sort their reviews by lowest rating and read through the 1-Star reviews. I understand they have a ton of 5-Star ones. But ever wonder why some companies have way more reviews than others? Haller has a system where as soon as they leave you get a text with a convenient link to write a Google review. I had a nice conversation with their technician and if I didn’t take the extra time to contact another company, I would have also given them a 5-Star review and would have paid thousands of dollars for something that didn’t need fixed. They would have replaced the TXV, unclogged the pipe they knew was clogged and the actual issue, and I wouldn’t have known any better. There are highly likely hundreds of 5-Star reviews that the customer didn’t even know that Haller was pulling a fast one on them and I was almost one of them. First photo is Haller’s quote and second is Zimmerman’s invoice. Notice the job to fix my issue is less than the “discounted” contactor price from Haller. The contactor cost me only $80 vs Haller’s quote of $555 discounted from $653. Seriously?!
