  We’ve been waiting for over 3 months for the owner Mike to not only return phone calls and emails to my husband and I, but also to our builder. Our floor was installed by Adairs and their installers did not level out the sub floor or raise a concern with the builder’s contractors who installed the sub flooring. Instead, they chose to install the floor, leaving it severely un-level on our first floor. Mike assured us at our face to face meeting over the summer that this would be rectified immediately. Mike, when you read this, we would greatly appreciate a call or email reply as to when you have your installers scheduled to come and fix this issue. Thank you

  I love this place and am so glad I found it! Great selection with small-town prices. The salesgirl Eileen was the best! She should get a raise. When the men came and did my carpet they cleaned-up and vacuumed when they were done! The bill matched the quoted price and I am very happy. I will certainly go back when I need more flooring. THANKS EILEEN!
