  We had two service men come out for our scheduled A/C maintenance, and we are very pleased with the service. Both technicians were friendly, courteous, efficient and professional from start to finish. They arrived on time, completed the maintenance thoroughly, explained their findings and changed the filters. They also made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. It”s great to have a company we know we can count on. We highly recommend them and will definitely continue using their services. Thank you Nash and Ivan. @Leaps & Bounds HVAC

  They were great to work with. Arrived on time (7:30 am) and got right to work. Finished up at 4 pm after making sure everything was working and I knew how to use it. They Put down drop clothes and tarps. Disassembled the old system and installed the new HVAC in the exact time they promised. Special shout out to Devin, Timmy, Brandon, Jordan and Bob in sales. And to the gal in the office for fhe constant updates. Thank you all again for a great job. - Gloria Minnich and my little dog, Angel. She loved them.

  Just had our new central heat pump with inverter system installed with Leaps & Bounds. Great group of people we worked with. Tim our salesman was professional, informative, and explained everything we needed to know, as well as answering any questions! Now, no installation goes perfectly, but this group of guys did a great job of addressing the issues at hand to met above our expectations. Our installers : Angel Enamorado, Kaleb Osbeck, Andy Gracia, and Kyle Darhower were extremely polite, all conducted themselves in a respectful and professional manner. All installation instructions provided were followed to the letter. Very happy with the end result. Great team work! Thanks Kelly & Dee

  On demand water heater quit working so Matt came out to look it over. He said the entire system was ruined, it would not be covered under warranty even though it was only 4 years old, it would be a money pit to fix and that our options ranged from $5,000 to $9000 for a new system. Brand new system on manufacturers site was $1600 so after seeing that we Got a 2nd opinion and they called the manufacturer who sent a replacement parts that were indeed “free under warranty” and we only had to pay for labor which took less than 30 mins. Definitely tried to oversell us on something we did not need.

  Absolutely fantastic experience with Leaps and Bounds! They came out to fix my toilet and were incredibly fast, polite, and professional from start to finish. The pricing was very reasonable, and I really appreciated how efficiently they got everything taken care of. It’s refreshing to find a company that provides great service without overcharging. I highly recommend Leaps and Bounds and will definitely use them again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
