Had cold climate heat pump installed with air scrubber, duct cleaning, and oil tank drain and removal. We had the privilege of interacting with Dave, Timothy, Devin, Jovani, Ivan, and Kaeleb. They do amazing work at a great price. Very respectful and pleasant, they make sure they laid cloth to protect area they are working, and clean up after themselves. They offered alot at great price such as so many years no parts warranty, so many years no labor warranty, and gave us 2 years of their maintenance club. Would highly recommend them for all your hvac needs.

So very pleased with all of my interactions with Leaps and Bounds and the services they’ve provided. The initial consult was easy and low pressure. The install crew (Ivan, Brandon, and others) were so polite and efficient at installing new duct work and switching my house to a new pump. The AC worked great all summer, and I appreciated Nash’s check up before heading into the winter with the heat. Overall would recommend Leaps and Bounds without hesitation! Great service, quality product, and great price!

I had the experience of dealing with Mike the salesman from Leaps And Bounds. He was very very knowledgeable, friendly, knew what needed done and didn’t waste any time, in and out so that I didn’t feel uncomfortable in my own home. I would highly recommend Leaps And Bounds for any of your HVAC needs.

I'm writing this review for my mother as she is in her 70's and is not up to speed with the internet. She received her unit a few months ago and is enjoying it. Leaps and Bounds HVAC were very knowledgeable and professional. She had a leak on the unit and called, they were out 1st thing in the morning and fixed the problem. She has not had any issues since. I would most definitely recommend this HVAC service to anyone. My sister even got a new unit from them! She also loves it and does not have any issues!

We hired Leaps and Bounds after a disastrous and very expensive experience with a big name “local” company that I learned is owned by venture capitalists. Leaps and Bounds are just as their name implies. They are a group tradesmen that care deeply about proving there are companies that can provide honest services at a fair price. They are not a company that sends out salesmen who try to upsell you on items/services you don’t need. Leaps and Bounds helped us resolve several issues the first company left us with- (a company that we did not wish to deal with further). We called Leaps and Bounds to evaluate our boiler in a home we recently purchased. They investigated the 35 year old boiler, which was in poor repair and indeed found to be unsafe for use. Brandon and Troy evaluated our ductwork, did the calculations for size and listened to our preferences. We elected to ditch the rusted out boiler and chose a gas furnace. We elected to update the AC at the same time for a more efficient and appropriately sized unit. They removed the baseboard radiators and installed ductwork into our sunroom for year round use. We could not be more pleased! The crew were friendly, professional and left our home spotless. They followed up to ensure we were completely satisfied. We already have plans to have them back out for some plumbing updates we would like to do in the future. If you are looking for a true local company of tradesmen that take great pride in their work and building a long term customer relationships, Leaps and Bounds are your guys.
