  Gabriel was very knowledgeable in guiding use through our safe water needs. He was able to troubleshoot and remedy an unknown leak from our sink drain that we just discovered on his arrival. He was thorough, patient and professional during his visit as he assisted us with our decision making for our personal water treatment needs. We look forward to having Bob Means Plumbing complete the rest of the tasks. Highly recommend!

  Our technician, Brad Strock, was amazing. He diagnosed the exact cause of our problem immediately. After giving me a detailed description and cost estimate for the repair, he started work. Not an easy repair because of where the problem was located and how the original plumbing for the house was done. Brad twisted and turned to be able to reach the location and make the repair, which he did quickly and efficiently. He also recommended an improved replacement part so I will not have a repeat problem in the future. I would definitely recommend Bob Means Plumbing and Brad Strock for all your plumbing needs. I also needed to call them last year for a different problem for which they also did an excellent job.
