  Called because I saw a excavator on equipment trader got salesman # called him seemed like a great guy answered my questions told me he would locate machine because it was out on rental and call me back emailed me a credit app to fill out 2 days no reply so I texted him and he said couldnt find it but still trying so 2 days later I called him no answer called best line and asked for a different sales guy and told them I really want to see machine and asked for his bosses # when they told me he was only salesman which they didn't give to me barely hung up and phones ringing and its John the sales guy he explained that halburton had it on rent for a few months and been running it day and night so putting boat load of hours on it and he can't get me to go look at it for a while but said he has comparable machine that I could look at and purchase i said that's fine so he sends me a machine that has 300 less hrs but is $43000 dollars more which i don't want to spend that much here it is 3 weeks later machine that I originally called about is still listed on equipment trader with same hrs 2027 and for $62000 buddy of mine called 3 days ago about it and talked with John said ill get back to you still haven't heard anything seems like classic bait and switch

  Aaron was totally amazing!! With the rental side and also helping with my hitch for 45 mins. This is the 3rd time that we have rented through Best Line and we will continue in the future

  I rented a large size mini excavator with thumb. Bestline delivered machine and repaired machine as it had a few issues. They were easy to work with and understanding that the excavator needed replaced. They brought me another replacement excavator and provided an extra day rental at no cost. The service department folks were excellent to deal with and the onsite maintenance guys were very professional and knowledgeable. Delivery drivers were professional and courteous. They even went over how to operate the excavators and the safety features. Overall, even with the issues I had with the excavators, Bestline worked with me to correct the issues and were great to rent from. I would recommend renting from them!
