  We had a very good experience with Jason, Engeli and Don to update our 1907 home with a new meter, surge protectors, main and three sub panels and grounding. They were thorough and professional for the three days they worked on this project. I will be using Thomas Edison Electric for any future electrical projects we may have.

The technician Don N. responded quickly, assessed the issue, and was able to take care of it for me immediately Thomas Edison continues to provide excellent customer service whenever I need their assistance. Everyone is always courteous and professional. They set an example other businesses could learn a lot from.

  Jason and Don were extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. Scheduling was easy and both the diagnostic and installation were quickly scheduled. They explained everything thoroughly and went over all the options. Don was patient and went with the flow when the job was bigger than we expected. Didn’t flinch when he had to crawl into our hot, gross attic to install the bathroom fan! Great service. Would highly recommend and use again.
