  Hate to do this since I’ve used them a few times in the past and had good experiences with them changing a garbage disposal and fixing a bad toilet wax ring but the latest call left a really bad taste in my mouth. Had a leak that I needed diagnosed and while they were dispatched promptly I got charged $350 for about an hour’s worth of work then basically told the repair would be $1500 but if I agreed to the repair they would reduce the quote to $1200 and apply the diagnosis bill to the larger job. I thought I had a good rapport with Dan and his company and gave him business and thought he was honest and had integrity but they showed their true colors and are only out to make a quick buck.

  Always happy with the friendly and knowledgeable technicians at Abbey Plumbing and HVAC. I've used them on more than one occasion and would highly recommend their work. They go above and beyond to get things up and running as quick as possible.

  We had a great experience with this plumbing company. They responded quickly when we discovered a broken sewer pipe and were able to come out promptly. The team was professional, friendly, and easy to work with, taking the time to explain everything clearly. The repair was done efficiently and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend if you’re looking for reliable and honest plumbers!

  My basement was flooded. Two companies told me I need to replace the boiler and water heater for about 10k. Mason and Andrew from abbey plumbing came help me take a look. Mason did a thorough inspection and explained to me there is some moisture in the oil boiler but the control panel is dry. He reset it and turned it on. It worked beautifully. He did the same for hot water heater. Long story short, there are very few honest hvac people now. Dan, the owner of abbey hires honest people. Mason will be the one I call for anything hvac related going forward. Thank you!!!!
