  Today I was visited by Steve and Josh. I want to say they were on time (5 mins early), very kind, courteous of my property, informative, and thorough throughout the entire process. I have never had to go through this before. My A/C unit's condensation drain got plugged and leaked water all over my basement. They came in and did their part (removing damaged property, setting aside pieces of damaged property, taking photos with meter readings, etc) quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

  I can’t say enough good things about Keystone Mitigation. Bob came out within 24 hours of my call to assess the issue, and what really stood out was his honesty and professionalism. He took the time to explain everything to me and, rather than trying to sell me a service I didn’t need, they were completely upfront about what they saw and what I should do. That kind of honesty is hard to find, especially when dealing with something as stressful as water damage and potential mold. I genuinely appreciated that they put doing the right thing ahead of making a sale. Without a doubt, Keystone Mitigation will be the first company I call if a bigger issue ever arises. Highly recommend!

  We used Keystone Mitigation Services for mold inspection and air quality testing. Bobby was available immediately to come to our home and was incredibly thorough throughout the process. Very professional! Highly recommend!!!

  We had Keystone Mitigation handle the demolition and mitigation after water damage in our basement, and they did an excellent job. The crew was professional, hardworking, and respectful of our home throughout the process. They took the time to explain what they were doing, kept us updated, and left the work area clean each day. Bobby was responsive, showed up he said said they would, and made a stressful situation much easier to manage. It’s obvious they take pride in doing the job the right way rather than rushing through it. I appreciate the quality of their work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Keystone Mitigation to anyone dealing with water damage or mold remediation.
