Brian came next day, came early to the appointment, explained the possible issues, thoughts and processes he was going to take and then found and fixed the issue in under 30 minutes and for a fair price. I am extremely happy with the entire process, and knowledge that Brian has taught me as well as saved me from 100 degree weather all in under 12 hours since my AC went out. Highly recommend and will be coming back for future issues. Thank you so much again!

  The process was very simple and straightforward from the initial proposal, to installation review and scheduling including the final installation. Every step the way we knew what to expect. The installation team was very professional and efficient in completing the job in one day. I would highly recommend calling ECI if you are looking to replace your existing system.

  Best experience. Jason was very thorough, looking my entire AC system! Very knowledgeable and willing to explain both good and not so good parts of my AC system. We have a follow up scheduled and I have requested Jason be our technician again!!

  Mike and Ryan were excellent! They clearly communicated when they would arrive. They set up drop cloths to keep everything clean ( new system went in on the second floor). They were polite, efficient and did a great job. I would highly recommend ECI

  We had a great experience with ECI Comfort from start to finish! When we bought our century home, it only had a gas furnace to heat rooms with ductwork and electric baseboard for two additions. The heating was uneven and there was no air conditioning at all. ECI designed a modern HVAC system that turned our gas furnace into a dual system, pairing it with a heat pump to heat and cool rooms with ductwork. Then, they added a ductless mini-split system to heat and cool the additions. This blended system provides our home with three zones. Besides being more energy efficient, it enables targeted heating and cooling for our house. What an improvement! At the beginning of the project, we contacted four businesses including ECI. We chose ECI for three main reasons: 1. They were responsive, quickly providing an estimate and answering any questions we had. The project and scheduling team was easy to reach and talk to: Evan, Julia, and Alice. 2. They offered quality equipment and installation at a reasonable price. They weren't the cheapest of the four estimates, but they also weren't the most expensive. 3. They listened to our needs for the project and addressed any concerns we had. Once ECI came onsite to do the installation, we were even more impressed. We received timely notifications about their arrival. (Everyone was very prompt!) These even included who would be here. Supervisor Matt was detail-oriented and his checklist of project requirements matched our list, ensuring everything was taken care of. The installers from ECI were knowledgeable and friendly too. Mike and Ryan worked on the heat pump for the dual system. They finished it in one day, and by that night we had central air conditioning—perfect for an unseasonably hot week in spring! James, Matt S., Nico, and Jacob worked on the ductless mini-spits and repairing some of our old ductwork. They helped to hide as many of the line sets as possible, preserving storage areas in a crawl space and attic. We were very happy with the new heating and cooling in the additions! It was a large project, and there were a few loose ends after everyone left. When I reached out to ECI about these, they were more than happy to address them. Supervisor Matt came back with Jacob to take care of everything right away. Considering our experience with ECI Comfort, it seems obvious that the company is invested in running an effective operation and developing a team that provides quality service to customers. Everyone we encountered from ECI was friendly and knowledgeable. They were also family friendly, talking to our curious children when they asked questions during the installation. Many companies talk about earning the customer's business. Not only did ECI earn our business, they exceeded our expectations. We look forward to being a loyal customer!
