  They damaged my property and I was not even the house they were contracted to work on. They were insulating my neighbors condo and it blew in my HVAC vent and they blamed our build. The fire dept was at my house due to the dust being so bad a setting off my smoke alarm while I was at work. So I missed work, had to clean the mess myself. I was told as long as I didn’t breathe it in I would be ok. How am I not supposed to breathe in dust in the air? I called the business and was told the only person who could help Brian McBride would call me. I received no call, I was not given his number or any one else to talk to. The on site crew told me how I could clean it myself or ask my “office” for help. There is no office I am a homeowner and they explained again how I can clean myself as if I was idiotic and didn’t know how to wipe down dust or vacuum or open a HVAC vent. They should’ve sent a cleaning crew, we should have received a formal apology and a solution to fix the issue. Why would they blast insulation without looking at the set up of the structure?! Wasted time of the fire department, cost me time on the job to run home thinking my house was on fire and they evening to clean up THEIR mess.
