  Had J & J come out to install 2 whole new heating/cooling systems to our entire building plus a split unit. Spent a ton of money to have this done on a commercial property. I have had constant issues with all units installed. Had them come out to repair multiple times until I finally switched companies and I come to find out the split unit was improperly installed. I have it all documented to show was installed improperly. The parts of 2 of the units were breaking and I now need a new unit for the main part of the building after only 5 years. I’ve been told the item installed was a really cheap piece of equipment. I called multiple times to try and rectify with the company and owner with not even a call back. So now I’m leaving this review. As a small business owner I take pride in what I do and I’m an honest person. To not even get a call back after calling multiple times is really disappointing. I would not recommend this company.

  Can’t say enough about this company. We’ve been using them for years. Travis came out tonight and fixed our AC in less than an hour! He was very courteous and professional. Thank you Travis!

  Referred to me by my neighbor for a clog. Alex was the technician who arrived on time and behaved in a very professional manner explaining all steps being taken and products being used. Not only did he open the clog, but also fixed the toilet handle during the same short visit. My bathroom was kept clean and organized, no mess left behind. I highly recommend this company and Alex for all your household plumbing needs.

  The record cold temps during the winter of 2026 have taken a toll on my aging oil furnace/hot water baseboard heating system, requiring J&J to troubleshoot and repair two problems one of which was an early morning emergency. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and timely in their emergency response and got "ole betsey" purring again. I highly recommend them.

  Pedro Carabello was the tech that came to my home today. Had a WiFi thermostat installed. He was very patient & assisted me in connecting it. As usual with R&M very professional.
