  We stopped at the store on Centerville looking for a specific product. We brought samples that we showed the Sales person, Drew. He said he would research the product for us and gave us his business card. A week later he called and said he could order the flooring and gave me a quote. I told him I would call him back with the measurements so he could order it. I called back a couple of weeks later and he had no recollection of the conversation. He asked me to text him the information, so I did. Via text he tells me he doesn't remember this. Next day I call, no answer. So I text him and ask if he is able to order this product. He answers "no". I call him to try to understand what happened, he is clueless. Still doesn't remember having any conversation. No apology, no attempt to rectify the situation. Did not recommend an alternative product or anything. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. I request to speak to his manager and he lost his mind. Do not shop at Floors2Buy in Lancaster!

  I have been working with Floors 2 Buy for the past two years and have received three deliveries of white oak flooring from them. The quality of the material, the communication, and the logistics have all been excellent. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. As a result, I now have beautiful solid hardwood floors throughout my house, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I will definitely be returning to Floors 2 Buy for my next flooring project and highly recommend them.

  Great floor. Loved the satin finish and character of the floor. Installed well. Might put it in our whole house when we replace the flooring.

  What an awesome experience it was working with Floors 2 Buy. From the moment I purchased the flooring until it was delivered I was completely impressed. First, the price could not have been better. I purchased the Bruce Dogwood Engineered Hardwood, White Oak Bernard floors. They are wonderful for my dog and cats. Second, the price to get them shipped to my home in Colorado was so reasonable. I was shocked. Third, the communication was extraordinary. The moment I made my order I had emails explaining where my floors were, what was happening with the freight company and when they were going to arrive. Everything was so easy working with them. I would highly recommend this company for all of your flooring needs. You definitely can't go wrong with them.
