  I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Danielle and her family at D&D have been an actual godsend. They've been so understanding of the massive amount of roadblocks we hit, and worked with us to get the house how we wanted it. I would recommend them to anyone, especially after they put up with all our shenanigans.

  We stopped by D&D on Sunday as we are exploring our modular options and met with Rob. Knowing that we are not future clients as our location is too far away, Rob was extremely professional in assisting us. He showed us both Modular’s they have on location, explaining all details and answering every question down to the specifics. If you are debating on using this company for your home, do it. This is the best experience we’ve had with a modular company so far.

  I cannot express how happy I am with my D&D home! First, Robert was beyond helpful suggesting a tweak in my floor plan here and there and several other design options. We communicated daily and I trusted him implicitly in all aspects of this build. Dominick is a "No BS" builder who knows his trade and takes great pride in his finished product. My next door neighbor was a former builder (age 70ish) and it became his unpaid project to oversee my house being built. I would come on weekends and he would tell me what a great builder Dominick was. This was not a small project (3,200 square feet, not including the garage) and I am thrilled with my new home. If anyone wants to see it, let Robert know. He is always allowed to show my home on the Little Lake at Moosic Lakes.

  We decided to build a home with D&D since one of our friends and a neighbor were very satisfied with there homes. Rob, our salesman was absolutely amazing. He would text us ideas and keep us informed at all times. During construction, Dom went far and above with his amazing and loyal crew to exceed our expectations. Each time we had a warranty issue, someone was dispatched within a day or two to resolve the issue. D&D are builders not just a modular company and it shows. They built us two amazing porches and a three car garage. We were able to customize everything not just take it as is. We did quite a bit of research on local companies and settled on D&D Builders.
