They were fast to come out and fix the issue, but they use cheap Crimps on my Apex lines and I had them inspect my leaking hot water Heater and they came out two days later And told me they Took it apart and looked at it, which they did not and lied about my Being at my house an hour earlier to my brother told him they were there at 2 PM when they showed up at three and only took photos of water heater and left sent me $2700 bill To replace it no thanks!

They handled the situation by attempting a quick, temporary fix while they problem-solved and explained our options. The temporary fix only lasted two days, but someone was there on the third day to install a long-term solution. Bob took time as he worked to explain the problem, the cause, the effects, and how he solved it.
