- TOTom ODonnellJun 10, 20261.0If there was an option for zero stars I would have chosen that. Our elevator hasn’t been working for months. During those months we have scheduled 5 appointments. In 3 of those appointments nobody ever showed up. In the other 2 the tech could not fix the problem and said that they would have to reschedule with other techs. In each of those cases we never heard back from the company until we called them. This time, rather than scheduling a new appointment where there would be a 60% chance that they would not show up, I called the local office. Twice I have left messages, and neither time have they called back. I would laugh if I wasn’t so annoyed.
