  Radical Renovations completed two highly custom projects for us - a custom bathroom and a complete gut/redesign of a pool house. The work was done to a high level of quality and communication was excellent. As with all custom jobs, there were a lot of moving parts and not everything was able to be specified up front. The Radical Team did their best to always explain the various options throughout the project to ensure that the final product met our expectations in both design and cost. Highly recommend

  I used Radical Renovations (Eric) for a complete rip-out and remodel of my house. I am picky and have very high expectations of people I hire and Eric met all my expectations, even the ones I know I am a little overboard about. He is patient and diligent and stands by his work 100% and the work of any Subs he brings in. He is well priced and will do everything you need to make sure you are happy with the work that is done. I am planning on buying a property next and will have Eric build that house 100%. Highly recommend him and his team.

  Have been using Radical Renovations for 5 years to do repair work, enhance electrical, climate control and tech systems, paint, paper, troubleshoot and manage indoor and outdoor spaces of a large center city home. Their work is impeccable, great employees and subs. They are extremely responsive to our needs. I highly recommend them for any and all work inside and outside the house. Would never use anyone else!

  Radical Renovations built our custom home four years ago. They did a great job and introduced us to alternative materials that have proven to last longer and provide a higher quality finished product. Since the initial build they have stood behind their work and addressed any issues that came up. We have also asked them to come out to add extra amenities. Big or small Eric and his team have always responded quickly and made us a priority. Radical Renovations has also helped with our rental properties and my office. Any issue, big or small, Radical has offered the same reliable service and quality. I highly recommend Radical Renovations. Eric genuinely cares and it comes through with his work.
