- RPRoshani PatelApr 12, 20261.0I had carpet installed in my home in March/April of 2021 and spent close to $10,000, so I expected it to hold up much better than it has. Unfortunately, the carpet is already lifting in multiple areas—including spots with very low foot traffic—which is extremely disappointing. I reached out in 2024 to have someone come out, reassess the situation, and hopefully fix the issue, but I was told they couldn’t help. That response was frustrating, especially considering the amount I invested and the fact that I referred 2–3 other customers to them. At the very least, I expected a follow-up visit to evaluate the problem and stand behind the work. That didn’t happen. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and will not be using them again.

After have 2 major companies mislead us and delay us by weeks, we found King Carpets who had what we needed in-stock and were quick to start the job. The crew worked all day in the heat to get our floors installed and they are stunning! Even finished them with moldings and quarter-round! Plus the price was way less than Empire, Lowes and another local competitor. Stuart & Steve really came through for us!
