  Family Roots replaced my entire sewer line, which was a very complex job. They were incredibly professional and very prompt. Always did what they said they would do on their proposed schedule. Really great team of people.

  I highly recommend Family Roots for true emergency service! Our sewer line became blocked in the afternoon, and the township required us to have it fixed the same day. I called several emergency plumbing companies, but no one had a technician available. Family Roots was also fully booked at the time. However, when I explained that the township required the problem to be fixed immediately, Roey and Ryan from the office personally offered to come out and help us, even though they were not scheduled as technicians for the job. They squeezed us into their already busy day, came to the property themselves, and got the sewer problem fixed! That is what I call true emergency service. When everyone else said, “No technician is available,” Family Roots found a way to help. Roey and Ryan went above and beyond when we really needed them. I truly appreciate their willingness to step up, their professionalism, and their commitment to their customers. Five stars and highly recommended!

  If you need plumbing work done and you’re looking for a great company that will go above and beyond your expectations, then you need to call Family Roots. Their staff was incredible and I cannot thank them enough for what they did. I was in a very tough spot and Mark came out to my home to assess the situation. In a highly stressful situation they took the stress away. They came in quick and efficient, fixing my problem. These guys will go above and beyond to get the job done. Even after the job was done they continued to help me with further needs.
