  Yiannis Sassaris, Design and Sales Consultant was very informative and helpful. He worked hard to help us find the appropriate products for our project. He even returned our calls and emails on his day off. Kane Schmidt, Estimator was also pleasant to work with and helpful.

  ★★★★★ An Exceptional Experience at Avalon Floor & Tile in King of Prussia I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Avalon Floor & Tile in King of Prussia. Remodeling a bathroom can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to coordinate tile, colors, finishes, and fixtures, but the entire team made the process feel easy, enjoyable, and much less stressful. From the moment I walked in, Kenny introduced himself, offered his assistance, and immediately made me feel welcome. That first interaction really stood out to me because I never felt pressured or rushed. I felt like they genuinely wanted to help. Rob, the manager, was incredibly knowledgeable about tile and took the time to explain the differences between the various types, qualities, and options. His expertise was invaluable in helping me understand what I was looking at and make informed decisions. He was patient, thorough, and extremely helpful. And then there was Judy, the assistant manager, who truly went above and beyond. She helped me narrow down my color selections and made sure everything I was considering would complement each other. She had a great eye for putting the different elements together and helped me feel confident about my choices. Judy also went above and beyond in helping me find a vanity. When we couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for in the showroom, she took the time to look through their website for additional options that weren’t displayed in the store. She sent me photos of several possibilities and continued to help me until we found something that worked with my vision. What impressed me just as much as their knowledge was their follow-through. Judy kept me updated on my order, communicated what to expect, and kept me informed about the timeframe. That kind of communication and personal attention is something you don’t always find anymore, and I truly appreciated it. Kenny, Rob, and Judy each played a different role in making this such a positive experience, and together they made me feel like I was more than just another customer. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me create something I’m going to love. They couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful, and I am so grateful for the time and effort they put into helping me with my project. If you’re doing a bathroom renovation or looking for tile, flooring, or fixtures, I highly recommend Avalon Floor & Tile in King of Prussia. The customer service I received was exceptional, and I would absolutely return to them for future projects.

  Going to Avalon in King of Prussia? Schedule an appointment with Stephanie Montoya. Stephanie is knowledgeable, responsive, genuinely helpful, patient, and has an excellent eye for color and design. She listened carefully, understood exactly what I was trying to achieve, and helped me make decisions with confidence. Just as importantly, she respected my budget. She never once pushed me toward a price point I had already said I wanted to avoid. You can tell Stephanie truly cares about her work, her clients, and helping them get the look they want. She is also exceptionally kind and a pleasure to work with. I almost never leave reviews, but my experience with Stephanie was so good that it deserved to be shared. She is an enormous asset to Avalon!!
