  The Ace Hardware Home Services team was great! I cannot recommend them enough. They diagnosed and repaired a leak with my ductless AC/heating system that my previous service provider not only caused but made worse. Ace is the BEST team in the Greater Philadelphia area. They showed up on time, clearly communicated with me every step of the way, and ultimately solved the issue. Thanks Ace!

  Christian with Ace was wonderful! He notified us when he was running a little late. Inspected our heater which they had installed last year and was very efficient . Courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. Respectful of our home by wearing “over shoes” in the living area of the house, but it’s regular shoes while in the dirty basement. Would highly recommend this company!

  The HVAC technician Chris was professional, friendly , and very knowledgeable with many years of experience. He provided a consult for heat pump installation for our the different size townhouses in our HOA. He was patient answering all of my questions, took his time explaining the details of heat pump system installation and condenser placement options, and is open to be contacted with follow up questions. Having learned more about ACE Home Solutions, their technicians and installer managers are very well trained, keep up with current models/technology, and are preferred certified dealers and installers for the heat pump manufacturer brands they carry.

  My 20-year-old HVAC system needed replacing and I had a great experience with Ace Hardware Home Services. Mike Pagnottelli was very responsive, first in answering my questions by message and phone and then confirming specs and costs during an in-home visit. The company scheduled installation fast, and the technicians Spencer and Ant arrived on time, were respectful and responsive, and completed the work in a day. The Trane multi-speed system is supposed to be more efficient so hopefully will see lower electric bills, too!

  Alex, Juan and the whole Ace team did a great job with installing our new HVAC system. They were thorough and communicative throughout the entire process. The end result is clean, high-quality, effective and efficient system. Just in time for temperature changes. We can't wait to use it! We're so glad we chose them for this huge investment in our new home. If you're considering a new system or upgrade... they will not let you down!! Thank you!
