  Fast service. Proficient And professional. Problem quickly diagnosed, and unfortunately, I will need excavation due to a broken sewer line. They got everything arranged quickly for it to get repaired along with the price quote and payment options which is very helpful with a big job like this. I highly recommend this company!

  They came, said what was wrong, the supervisor lied about the cost…he said after 2 hours he would have to start charging hourly…according to the website when they give you a price that won’t and can’t charge more for the job…after 1 1/2 hours they couldn’t fix the problem.when he said he is going to start charging hourly, I showed him what the website said about not charging more he said that’s not how he does it and doesn’t care what the website says then refused to give me his managers number…I wonder how many other people this guy tried ripping off?

  He charged me 331.00 at first and I told him 200.00 because I knew what was wrong and I have this problem for a few years I just called them for the first time I didn't like how he said 331.00 and then he agreed when I said 200.00 just beware of the prices that the tech gives you when you know what you are talking about with what's wrong you can get the price down

  I scheduled to have a pressure tank replaced over a month ago, the day they were to come out we call to get a time frame and were informed the technician who scheduled was off and no one would be coming. There was zero communication and we ended up calling culligan who were more than happy to come out and do the replacement at a better price. This is a property we own that we visit a few times a month and a leaking pressure tank is very concerning. We did ask if we could turn off the water so it wouldn't leak while we were away and they told us absolutely not it would ruin our system. Fast forward culligan walked us through how to safely turn off the system and stop the leak until they didnt the replacement. I will not be using roto-rooter for any issues in the future.

  Odess came out In the morning to replace my leaking shut off valve near my water meter but could not do so until the water authority shut off the water at the street. But while he was here, he diagnosed another problem with the outside line and suggested that I notify the water authority when they came out to shut off the water, then he left. A few hours later when the water authority showed up to shut off the water and check the other problem, they determined that it was a problem on their side of the line, just as Odess had said. Once the water was turned off, I was able to get Odess back to my house to repair the valve the same afternoon. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but we had great sports conversation. Once he was done, we had the water turned back on, and he checked everything to make sure it was in good order and even cleaned up the water on the floor from the leak. Top notch service. Of course it was a little more than I wanted to pay, but about what I expected for an emergency situation.
