  Incredible gentleman sent to repair my toilet. He answered my many questions without condescending. He knows what he's doing and did the job quite quickly. Don't let Mr Derick get away. He's an asset. If I have any further plumbing issues, I'll be sure to call your company first.

  I had an outstanding experience with Roto-Rooter, thanks to technician Derek. He arrived at my home around 1:30 a.m. after finishing another job near the Maryland border, and despite what had already been a long day, he was professional, courteous, and genuinely cared about both my home and the quality of his work. Derek took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with the older piping in my basement, helping me understand what was causing the recurring problems and what the best solution would be. He performed a hydro-jet cleaning of the pipe and even went above and beyond by reaching into the trap himself to remove debris, demonstrating his commitment to getting the job done right rather than taking shortcuts. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were exceptional from start to finish. As a fellow veteran, I especially appreciate seeing a company that employs such a dedicated and hardworking veteran who clearly takes pride in serving others. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter and give Derek my highest possible rating. Outstanding service, excellent communication, and true professionalism. Thank you for a job well done!

  Shawn provided excellent service and truly went above and beyond. He took the time to explain the repair in detail, making sure I understood everything.   The technician was so kind and answer every question I had (I had a lot) about the current project and possible future projects. He also tested my water pressure while here and educated me on the issues that could arise if I have hard water and the high pressure.

  I highly recommend Jared he was great today as he helped us was very considerate compassionate and most of all very respectful. Definitely I get to it kind of guy any further plumbing I shall need I will definitely be calling you guys thank you so much.
