- MLMichelle LJan 22, 20225.0Brian Hale and his team worked with me to help identify the cause of a sewer gas smell that was ultimately due to stagnant water beneath the foundation, which they suspected and advised me. Everyone I worked with was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. Brian Hale in particular, was very patient, humble, respectful, and knowledgeable in answering my many questions as I was desperate to try and find the source of the problem. They always returned my calls promptly and arrived on time. Their pricing was also very reasonable and fair. I called them again this morning because I had a water pipe burst and although they were technically closed because it was a Saturday, I still received a call back from Brian within 5 minutes to make sure I had found someone to help. I highly recommend and would hire again!
