I called for help Saturday morning they were there within a few hours and had me up and running quickly. Most places wouldn't even come out on a Saturday. I would recommend to everyone. The tech was very professional and kind.

The technician was professional, knowledgeable and courteous and after a difficult search found the point of trouble and fixed it. I was very satisfied and recommend Thomas Edison Electric wholeheartedly. The support team was A+ as well.

I spoke with a woman named, Monica and was informed that someone would be out between 2-4 and then I received a call from the electrician dispatch aka the owner. He was extremely rude from the onset of the conversation by stating, "what can I do", instead of, "how may we assist you today". The guy tells me he is going to charge me $195 just for coming out because it is Sunday and it will not be added towards the repairs for the day. I am sure Thomas Edison would've did the same thing!
