  Can’t recommend Champion Waterproofing enough. I purchased a home whose previous owners used Champion for basement water issues. The warranty was quickly transferred to my name and after one of the sumps had an issue, Champion promptly sent someone to take a look. Rob was courteous and clear about the issues and the fixes he performed. The work was top notch and everything is functioning normally. Really appreciate the great service and friendliness of everyone involved!

  Dominic Alexander came out today and was incredibly knowledgeable, He was the only company that made sense and had a reasonable price! we will be using Champion!!!!

  I just had Champion Waterproofing out to our house for an inspection and a quote. 3 or 4 years ago we had 3 large companies provide an assessment and quote. Given the price and other priorities we decided to wait. Now we want to finish our basement but would like to ensure we don't run into issues with water or mold. I had 2 other companies out this time (1 large, 1 more local) and Champion. Dominic showed up (I had to change the time twice because of work, totally accommodating) and blew everyone else away. He was awesome. We inspected and assessed parts of the foundation and the construction that no one else looked at. At no point was he trying to sell me on his solution, he was assessing for the right solution. He knew his stuff and was well educated in construction, installation, environmental impacts, etc. You could tell it was informed by hands on experience with implementation, service and assessments. We still need to prioritize our home projects and make some financial decisions but whether its next week or next year, we will be working with Champion.

  Champion replaced pumps they installed nearly eight years ago after they failed, without hesitation. That kind of accountability is rare in today’s world. A trustworthy organization that does what’s right—even long after the job is done. Highly recommend.

  I am grateful I chose Champion. Dee is absolutely amazing. She was helpful throughout this entire process from beginning to the end. She went out of her way for me. I highly recommend the company based on the courtesy I received from her and how I was treated all around. Howard was a great guy as well. He did my initial quote and explained everything to me. The guys that did the job were very professional and did great work. They were such hard workers. The company is definitely very dependable and I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed in choosing Champion. They have no problems answering questions and tending to your needs. Definitely pick them. The office staff is so kind. You won’t be let down!
