  This review is bittersweet. I used these guys a few years ago at my house and they were wonderful. Work completed timely, cleaned up the job, great. Recently I had an indoor french drain put in my mom's house, August 17 to be exact. The actual french drain was installed in about 4 hours and was very nice. However, they had no cover for the sump pump and took down a work bench that I was told they could work around. They did not work around it! They even took down the brackets which had nothing to do with the drain. When I ask about putting it back up, they said they needed to come back. I had to track down the guy that ran the job. He gave me a day but would let me know the day before the time. Instead, he texted me in the morning and said he would be there in 20 minutes. I changed my day around and waited. He did put the cover on the sump pump but ask me about the work bench. Got me I did not take it down! He said he needed to go get wall anchors and would be back. Over an hour later I called the office and he was there. I was told he had no intentions to come back, but left me high and dry waiting. Now, I need to be available for the service guy to come and look and again on another day to be fixed. We waited over a week to get this done so we can put the basement back together, so it's still a mess. Reliability and accountability is a big issue here. Would I recommend again, noy sure, will take lots of thought. Be careful if you intend to use these people. Great owner, and the work was good, but the finishing details are now missing.

  Dominic was extremely knowledgeable in more ways then one he came into my home inspected the issue fixed the issue and lead with honesty in a timely manner hands down the absolute best waterproofing company i have experienced thank you

  I would highly recommend Champion for their honesty and integrity, years in the business and being local and family owned. Howard suggested we fix a few minor things that should hopefully fix our problem instead of digging up our finished basement. He said that would be an absolute last resort unlike another company that just wanted the job. And if we need to move forward, they were 1000 less. So beware and look no further than Champion Waterproofing!

  Dominic came on the same day that I called for a pump replacement, installed the new pump and inspected the 2nd pump for any mechanical issues. Dominic was very knowledgeable/professional about the products and answered any and all questions that we had. I would recommend champion waterproof for your basement needs!
