  Called them this morning and explained our situation and what exactly we needed them to do after our house flooded 3-4 feet overnight. They assured us they could help. Waited all day till 4 pm for them to come “help” us and were immediately told they don’t handle the issues we were having- sorry! We waited and wasted all day for them to come when we could have easily called another company to help. I will say- the gentleman that did show up was very kind and apologetic - no issues there.

  My basement has always been an issue since I bought my house, my family member used champion over 10 years ago and their basement looks great. It has been a month now since champion finished my basement and I have been trying to think of a review to write since. When they came out to give me an estimate I was very pleased with everything, I called and scheduled everything. When the day came I was told they were suppose to arrive between 8-9am the workers did not get here until 930am, the first day seemed to go well. Then the days after they did not arrive until after 10am and they were leaving around 230-3pm. I was wondering how they were suppose to get the job done with only working 4-5 hours a day. So a 3 day job turned into 4 days which is fine ,there were some problems with a broken pipe in the yard but there were only two workers here every day, how are you suppose to do big job with just two workers?? I feel that the job could have been done better, it may just be me being a picky person about how I like things done but I did spend a large amount of money do get this done, there is still water coming in the basement as well. The barrier they put up was walked on a some point and I can’t get the stains out and it looks bad in some areas. All in all my basement looks a lot better but I just feel that the work could have been better especially if there were more workers here, I had the Forman here with a new employee and I was stressed about it being what I thought was a big job with only two people working it. I would have rather rescheduled it and had more experienced people here or more people here in general. All in all I am neutral on the work that was done I am not happy with it nor am I unhappy with it. This was a big project for my first house that I put a lot of money into it and looking at it from a reselling point in the future I feel like buyers may look at it and see the flaws like I do.

  An enormous THANK YOU to Dave Butler, Ray and Chris of Champion Waterproofing! My house had severe water damage in my entire basement. They installed 3 sump pumps/french drains, drilled through tons of concrete and did an absolutely stellar job! I am more than satisfied! I am thankful for their institutional knowledge! They took the extra time to make sure the job was done right and 100% went above and beyond! They were extremely professional, very communicative and with over 35 years of working in the business, I completely trusted their judgement. The job ended up taking longer than anticipated (and completely worth it) because they ended up having to dig deeper than anticipated to make sure I don't have water issues in the future! What a pleasure it was to find people that really wanted to do the right thing and an excellent job! I cannot recommend them enough! I am incredibly appreciative of the care they took at my house! Additionally, the week before I had Champion waterproof a ground floor apartment at an apartment building and Shawn and his team also did a wonderful job! I'm very happy I took the chance on Champion Waterproofing for both jobs! 10 out of 10!!
