Shawn was the technician that came to install an additional pump in our basement. He worked all day doing difficult physical labor to install the pump. He did a great job! He was very professional and thorough. He was very nice as well. Dee was very helpful scheduling our appointment and making sure we were taken care of.

Devon came out to my home, he was very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Although I have an issue that needs to be fixed before Champion can do their work, I’m happy to give them my business

Don't know where to begin, but long story short, I needed a an entire system replaced that another company installed wrong. Howard came out and evaluated the situation and took a lot of notes. A month later, Christian and his team came out and spent two days undoing one system and installing a new one (including adding a pump). They were transparent through the whole process and even took pictures and videos for my records. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you for taking the time to listen and providing valuable feedback.

With the recent bad storms we got water in our basement. We already had a French drain system and sump pump so we’re puzzled why we got water. After 2 previous large estimates for repairs to our basement that we were not comfortable with I called Champion. They were able to get me on the books for someone to come out and look faster than I expected. Dom was the gentleman that showed up. I showed him where we had problems and after looking he said the sump pump just needed to be replaced. Since he used to be a tech he happened to have the supplies in his truck and was able to replace it right then! I was so shocked and grateful for Dom and Champion Waterproofing for saving me thousands of dollars! Dom was so nice and professional, showed me everything was working and did a walk around the basement explaining things so I understood. I told him he was my hero! I would definitely call again if I ever need anything and I highly recommend them to everyone!

I've used Champion Waterproofing a couple of times for different projects, and their installation team, managed by Chris, has been great. Dom's customer service has also been exceptional. They are there when you need them, and you can trust that they will be there for you even after the work is complete.
