  Drake was very professional and answered all my questions and was very thorough in his explanation of what was happening with my furnace and air conditioning unit. He was professional, clean and courteous with his work and I would recommend him to anyone looking for HVAC needs.

  Showed up the same day we called for a work trailer. Willing to work on a mounted unit (previous company called refused). Provided updates & multiple options/quotes for approval. Waited 2+ weeks to review to confirm everything is working properly. Will call to have other unit serviced.

  Paid $666 for repairs that did not solve the intermittent problem with my air-conditioning system. He replaced two capacitors valued at around $50 for both. ( I later looked up the price of the same capacitors that were replaced)Time involved to replace those capacitors was approximately an hour or so. Way overpriced and I still have the same problem.

  Drake is a top guy. He's extremely punctual and professional. I asked a lot of very detailed questions, and he was passionate about explaining everything with as much detail as I could ask for. I've had two dealings with Warhold so far, and they have been fantastic both times. The vast amount of information that Drake had, the clear attention to detail and general care for the work completed was top notch. 10/10 would recommend!

  A couple of weeks ago I was having 2 plumbing problems that I thought were unrelated. Hot water tank went on me then master shower started leaking steadily. I called Warhold when I couldn’t get other plumbers I had previously used to come and look at shower. Office staff was very friendly and said could get someone out today to look at my plumbing issues (which appreciated as others I called couldn’t get out until the following week). I received a text from Warhold introducing the plumber who would be coming to address my issue (Santino Fraino). It included a picture of him and a brief profile, so I knew who to expect when they showed up. Santino and Carson did show up in the time frame advised and listened intently as I explained my problem. When they entered my home the first time and every time thereafter, they did use shoe covers (which I appreciated). Also, Santino took the extra step to advise me my issue with the shower and hot water tank could be tied to high water pressure at the house as he had addressed a similar issue in a house close to mine earlier that day. He did the water pressure test with me present and explained the high pressure was the root cause of the issue and all was needed to fix the shower and more importantly the high water pressure to ensure I have no other related plumbing issues. They did offer to come back to take care of the hot water tank, but I already had another handyman scheduled to come out to replace that. 3 weeks later and no further plumbing issues and shower has been fine since their repairs. I appreciate Santino and Carson’s efficient work and straightforward and honest explanations on my issue, recommended solutions and work done. This was my first time using Warhold and I would recommend them to family and friends and will use them again.
