  Warhold is an excellent company to deal with for plumbing repairs. Santino was very professional, quite respectful, knowledgeable, and a hard worker. Diagnosed & resolved the back up problem. Was on time. Communicated appt time with texts & calls. Santino deserves a large raise for going beyond all expectations & exceeding service standards. He was also very nice to my dogs!

  We are in the process of purchasing a home in Murrysville. We contacted Warhold to do an inspection on the HVAC and dehumidification system they installed a few years prior. Stephan was the technician they sent and he was so great. Did a thorough inspection and service of the systems and explained everything to us in detail. Nicest guy ever!

  Warhold Plumbing, Heating and A/C came here yesterday to repair leak from outside water spiqout. Plumbers from other places were supposed to cap off old water lines when they installed new ones. They never did. My water bill came doubled from last 3 months. Tony walked in at 3:30 and was out by 4:00. He knew exactly what needed to be done to fix the problem. Tony was very professional and knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. (Thanks Tony for putting up with our 2 German Shepherds barking the whole time) Everyone from the people that scheduled our appointment to Tony were so kind and amazing. We will definitely be using your business again. (Hopefully not too soon🤗)

  This is the company that was sent to my house through American home shield warranty that i got for my new home. the ac unit in the attic was acting up and so i had them come out for some tubing that was leaking to which they didnt have the plumbing and had to come back. after the second visit they installed the plumbing and got the plumbing glue all over our floor. later on we noticed that after this was fixed the pan on the unit was filling up and having to go down the bypass tube to which we had to call them back to take a look at to which they claim it wasnt caused by the previous repair they just did when it wasnt an issue before the repair. on the third visit i come home to find out that they never took the panel off to look into the unit and all the tech did was slap some red epoxy on the outside which looked like a toddler did this. after seeing the problem wasnt fixed and having them have to come out a 4th time and having to pay a $125 fee twice for maybe $20 of pipe and $5 epoxy they say the inside pan is bad and that the quote is $825 for the repair pan and refrigerant and the home shield warranty will only cover $40 in refrigerant basically and the other option was to pay 10k for a new unit to which the warranty company will give me about a $500 discount max on. the warranty is a joke and the service has been terrible. when telling them i need time to get someone else out to look into it as i work 12 hr days im told that they can only have the claim open so long and then if it passes that time i may have to pay to have them come out to look at it again if the claim is reopened when everything should already be documented between the two companies. attached is pictures of the workmanship i received. i would definitely stay away from american home shield if at all possible and as for warhold there may be a select few that know their stuff but i didnt get it except for maybe the last person that came

  I was very pleased with this company. When I called, a person actually answered the phone. For most of you looking at this review, you know what a rare thing this is, especially in the home services industry. We had a special request of adding a “t” to our gas line with a connector outside so we can hook up our generator, when needed. I had asked a couple other plumbing companies about this, and some had no clue what I wanted. One company knew what I wanted, but after three times checking back for the quote, no one ever called me. So I call Warhold and had an appointment on the books within a couple days and I received the quote. A few weeks later, I called to make the appointment, and wow, they actually answered the phone again and got me on the schedule the same week. At this point, I don’t even know if their price was high or low…I was just glad to have someone who cared and would actually do the job correctly with professionalism. That means more to me than anything. I’ve also found that usually the cheapest price costs you the most in the long run. I highly recommend this company if you actually want to get some work done and not wait weeks and weeks for companies who are too busy to care. I’m going to be calling them soon to add a gas line to my fireplace. They do excellent work. Just call them.
