  Santino was absolutely the best! First, he showed up on time, a definite plus. He explained everything thoroughly before starting. He’s just a great all-around guy and definitely knows what he’s doing. Would definitely use Warholds again!

  They were awesome. They were a second opinion as another company said we needed to replace a sump pump. They found it just needed the float opening a bit wider and when it exploded previously was a loose and needed tighten, it wasn’t broke. Awesome company and tech

  We recently submitted a request through our home warranty to have our furnace inspected due to a loud noise while running. Jesse came out and immediately impressed us with his professionalism and expertise. He discovered a crack in the heat exchanger and explained clearly why the entire unit needed to be replaced. He handled all of the warranty communication for us and provided a straightforward quote outlining what we were responsible for. Because our home requires a specialty furnace, the replacement had to be ordered. Mike and Justin came out today for the installation, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were professional, knowledgeable, and patient with every question I had. They worked efficiently, left the house spotless, and completed the removal and installation in an impressive amount of time. I truly cannot recommend Warhold enough. From start to finish, the entire team made the process smooth, transparent, and stress‑free. We’ll absolutely be using them again in the future.

  We discovered our furnace had stopped working in May when the temperature dropped. Drake came out the very next day and fixed everything up on a time crunch while we were getting ready to show our house for sale. He fixed it under the service agreement with Warhold for no charge which was greatly appreciated. He also identified some other issues with out hot water tank while he was there and gave a comprehensive overview of what would be needed to fix it and the approximate cost, without ever pushing services on us. Great tech, very knowledgeable and helpful.

  Jesse was polite, punctual and offered great advice as to getting the most efficient operation of my furnace and air conditioner. I’d highly recommend him to anyone who needs service. To the managers at Warhold: Do whatever you can to keep this man on your team.
