  This is a fantastic company! Price was reasonable and the entire staff through sales, installation, service, and office is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Installers and service are always on time, work quickly, and leave the area clean. Great service after the sale. They are absolutely outstanding, I wish every company was like this!

  We purchased a Generac standby generator through Costco, with RC Watt handling the installation and service. Although we experienced a few issues with defective Generac components—not with RC Watt’s installation—the team at RC Watt has been extremely responsive and diligent in working through everything. When a brand-new generator has problems during a power outage, it is understandably frustrating. However, this is also when you find out whether you selected the right generator contractor. No piece of equipment is perfect, and occasionally defective parts happen. What matters most is having a company that answers the phone, takes accountability, properly troubleshoots the system, and continues working toward a resolution. That is exactly what RC Watt has done for us. Their technician responded promptly, diagnosed the problems, coordinated the warranty coverage with Generac, and completed the service visit at no charge. Additional parts are now on order, and they are continuing to follow through until everything is resolved. Based on their responsiveness, professionalism, Generac warranty support, and commitment to standing behind their generator installation, RC Watt deserves five stars. We are very appreciative of how they have handled the situation. Update our generac issues were completely resolved by the RC Watt team! Extremely knowledgeable and thorough electrical company

  I was glad to find these guys when I wanted a standby generator. They called back right away and we scheduled an appointment. I had a smooth and professional installation, and the crew explained everything clearly. I should have called them years ago!

  RC Watt did a great job from start to finish! When I emailed them about my concerns, they were very reassuring. The installers did a great job! They let us know when the gas and electric power were turned off and on, and the electric power was only off for two hours. I felt so bad that they had to come on a cold and snowy day, but they shoveled a path on our driveway and put down ice melt so that they could bring everything in. They even put a tarp down on our basement floor so they wouldn't leave any dirt on it! They did a test at the end, and the generator went on like it was supposed to. I feel so much safer having the generator installed in case of a power outage!
