  Rob was on time, very knowledgeable and helpful. He showed me the problem and explained the options. I ended up replacing my existing unit and will be anxious for my new unit to be installed. I am optimistic about the outcome.

  As a business owner in Indiana (The Artists Hand Gallery) I've been VERY pleased with Maria Kaminski's service out of Davis Brother's business office. No "bots." She is hands on, and makes every effort to get you the service you need with the least hassle, calling back to make sure you're taken care of. In our most recent order she helped me make a change of payment method that I needed in order to pay other bills. Maria's a friendly, helpful face of the business. She's got me considering joining their "club" offering for regular service (and discounts) to our 4 apartments and of course the gallery/espresso bar.

  I had the great opportunity to have Robert work on my AC today. He was knowledgeable, polite and overall just a true professional. We got my system up and running in no time with no pressure from him trying to upsell me anything. I’ll be recommending Davis Brothers to anyone who asks and even to those who don’t. Thank you!   We had a leak in our ceiling at The Artists Hand from the apartments above. Once I figured out the problem was a leaking hot water heater, Rob at Davis Brothers swung into action. Arrived quickly, assessed the situation, and got us an excellent solution. He was thorough in explaining everything along the way, asked great questions and treated me as someone who could help him do his best job. He left the place neat and clean, and followed up with an offer of a sensor that could help prevent a similar event in the future. He took a bad day, and made it great.
