  Terrible experience. They came in an unmarked vehicle and did not appear professional like other company's we have dealt with in the past. They left a sticky black substance all over all doorknobs, floor, side of our bathtub and kitchen cabinets. They destroyed our transition pieces and put down new ones that did not match. The one piece came off the next day. The left a tarp in our backyard. They left our back door open leaving in flys all day long. They tracked dirt all through our home. When talking to them about this they just offered to send the same guys back to re glue down the transition piece. Very disappointed.

  Couch Potatoe was great to work with! The man who did our estimate was efficient and very personable. The company worked with us on price. The staff in the store front as very helpful. The carpet installers came on time and were done very quickly leaving everything clean and ready move our furniture back. Highly recommend using this local family owned business!

  Absolutely love working with the Coach Potato team! I have used them to address a flooring issue from another installer. Not only do they show up when they say they will, they go above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy. And this customer is very happy with the work they’ve done. I also used CP for a new carpet install and their installer was both efficient and experienced. He was also very kind and respectful of our home and that speaks volumes to me. I’d recommend this team for your next flooring project.
