They removed the existing equipment & had the new equipment in place that afternoon, Bryce stayed late to make sure the A/C was operating so we didn't have to sleep in 80° weather without air, & Mo & John came the next morning to finish up the furnace. Great experience.

The last couple HVAC companies I dealt with would waive the diagnostic fee if they actually did a repair, but this one did not, so I paid $250 for a $30 part and 20 minutes of labor (according to the invoice, price would’ve been $150 otherwise). Also the administrator was sort of insulting; she kept cutting me off to explain things that I already knew, i.e. “this means X is still working.” Yeah no kidding lady, I was trying to say that but you kept interrupting me. But four stars because the guy that showed up was very nice and they fit us in only about 6-7 hours after I initially called.

Patrick, Morgan, & Johnny handled the installation - they were professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We have also participated in Diesel’s Blue Star Energy Savings program for a few years where they come out twice a year to clean the units and make sure that they are working properly. The service techs also are professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Diesel’s Heating & Air, they do an excellent job.

Overall, the service, communication, and quality of work were excellent.
