  Had four slider windows and one patio door installed by Window World of Philadelphia April 2026 and Steve the installer did an excellent job, give a shout out to Jason- Design consultant & Ashton Jr. 2nd hand man to Steve. After installation, everything feels solid and well sealed. The foam insulation around the frames looks tight, and I’m not hearing drafts or rattling. The windows are 4000 sliders with Low-E argon, and they have a slight blue tint between the panes. Both the windows and patio door slide very smoothly—no sticking at all. Noise reduction has been impressive, blocking out about 95% of outside sound. The little bit I still hear is likely from minor gaps in the surrounding walls, not the windows themselves, hopefully whatever mother nature throws at my window & patio door will stay outdoors, time will tell, the only regret I have is, should have replaced & found Window World sooner. Overall, a big upgrade and definitely worth it, it was well priced, I live on 4th floor condo, therefore a bit more expensive but Window World was very competitive, give them a call.

  When we had our windows and screen door installed about 4 years ago everything went great. Very proffesional and great work. Now 4 years later when i need warranty work done it seems as if they dont want to be bothered. We called in Nov,Dec,Jan,Feb and March and received the same answer each time. I was told last i called that receive an update within 24 hours. Here we are a month later with no update.

  I had a wonderful experience with Window World from start to finish. John Writer, the salesman, was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to explain all my options clearly and helped me choose what worked best for my home and budget. Steve, the installer, was just as impressive. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail. The installation was done neatly, and he made sure everything was clean before leaving. You can really tell he takes pride in his work. Overall, the entire process was smooth and professional. I’m very happy with my new windows and would highly recommend Window World—especially John and Steve—to anyone looking for quality service and great results. -Bravo!

  We recently had our windows and doors replaced by Window World Philadelphia, and I can confidently say this was the most pleasant home improvement experience we’ve ever had. Tony and his crew were absolutely outstanding. From the moment they arrived, their professionalism was clear. They were organized, respectful, and incredibly efficient. They worked quickly without cutting corners, and their attention to cleanliness throughout the entire process really stood out. By the time they finished, you’d hardly know such a big project had just taken place. We had thirteen windows replaced along with both our front and back doors, and I still can’t believe it was all completed in just one day. In and out and not drug out over a few days. Our minds were blown. We’ve had a lot of work done on our home over the past few years, and this experience was by far the best. If you’re even considering replacing your windows or doors, do yourself a favor and give Window World a call. And definitely ask for Harvey. He was fantastic to work with as well.   We had an outstanding experience with Window World of Philadelphia from start to finish. Our installer, Tony, was absolutely phenomenal, professional, highly skilled, and clearly an expert in his craft. It was obvious he takes great pride in his work, and the quality of the installation reflected that. The entire crew was fantastic as well, clean, courteous, and incredibly efficient. They worked quickly without cutting corners and made sure everything was spotless before leaving, which we really appreciated. Harvey, our salesman, was exceptional throughout the entire process. He guided us every step of the way, answered all of our questions, and was completely honest and transparent. There was never any pressure, just straightforward, helpful advice that made us feel confident in our decisions. Overall, this was a seamless and positive experience. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend Window World of Philadelphia to anyone looking for top-quality windows and a professional team.
