  Steve is AMAZING! Before having my windows installed, I read several reviews, and one name kept coming up—Steve. Customer after customer praised his work, so I specifically requested him as my installer. I was so happy when my request was granted, (shout out to Greg who had ensured my request was acknowledged and a wonderful salesperson by the way) and now I completely understand why so many people mention Steve him by name. Steve arrived before the scheduled time but didn't knock early or interrupt me. Instead, he waited patiently in his truck until it was time to begin. I happened to look out my window and noticed him waiting. That small gesture immediately showed me that he respected my time, and I really appreciated his professionalism. From the moment he started, it was clear that he takes great pride in his work. He was efficient, detail-oriented, and treated my home with care and respect. The installation was done beautifully, and the finished windows look fantastic! Before he left, Steve took the time to walk me through how to operate the windows and answered all of my questions. He made sure I was comfortable opening, closing, locking, and using all of the features before he left. That extra effort meant a lot and showed that he genuinely cares about his customers. He also did an outstanding job cleaning up. He removed all of the old materials and debris, cleaned the work areas thoroughly, and left my home spotless. You would never know a major installation had just taken place. Steve exceeded every expectation I had. His professionalism, craftsmanship, attention to detail, respect for my home, and willingness to take the time to explain everything made this an outstanding experience. If you're having windows installed, do yourself a favor and request Steve. He truly is the best, and the company is fortunate to have someone like him on their team!

  If you are considering Window World, save yourself the years of stress and go anywhere else. This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. Our design consultant was James Boyce, who was working with Jacob and Jimmy. I have been trying to get Window World to finish a defective and incomplete window project that started all the way back in 2024. For over two years, I have been passed around, ignored, and fed endless broken promises. They are quick to take your money, but when it comes to actually completing the job professionally, they completely disappear. The customer service is entirely unacceptable. Most recently, they came to fix the windows and was missing parts so they said they'd order the piece and come back in a week. I was explicitly promised to finally get a technician out to finish the job. Surprise, surprise, nobody called. I was forced to send a formal 48-hour written demand, which they also ignored. Leaving a homeowner with an unfinished, unresolved residential project for over two years is a shameful business practice. Because Window World refuses to honor their commitments or return phone calls, I am now forced to escalate this matter to the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Do not trust their promises. Look at other reviews and find a company that actually respects its customers and finishes the work they are paid to do.

  Had four slider windows and one patio door installed by Window World of Philadelphia April 2026 and Steve the installer did an excellent job, give a shout out to Jason- Design consultant & Ashton Jr. 2nd hand man to Steve. After installation, everything feels solid and well sealed. The foam insulation around the frames looks tight, and I’m not hearing drafts or rattling. The windows are 4000 sliders with Low-E argon, and they have a slight blue tint between the panes. Both the windows and patio door slide very smoothly—no sticking at all. Noise reduction has been impressive, blocking out about 95% of outside sound. The little bit I still hear is likely from minor gaps in the surrounding walls, not the windows themselves, hopefully whatever mother nature throws at my window & patio door will stay outdoors, time will tell, the only regret I have is, should have replaced & found Window World sooner. Overall, a big upgrade and definitely worth it, it was well priced, I live on 4th floor condo, therefore a bit more expensive but Window World was very competitive, give them a call.
