  Split Rail Great experiences with MainStreet Fence from the estimate and scheduling with Ray through the install with Axel and Pedro. The office was accommodating and easy to work with. I would highly recommend MainStreet Fence. Five star service all the way!

  Last Spring, Mainstreet Fence installed a wood fence in the rear of my backyard, cost $1,525. On 7/21/26, I hired them again to install a wooden fence spanning our sideyard, cost $3,211. After install, I informed them a section of fence and support post were loose; and bare screws protruded on our side. Their worker, Axel, returned on 8/14/26 to fix the problems. My son showed him the screws. Axel took the below photo. OUTRAGEOUS !! He'd nailed my nextdoor neighbor's HVAC live electric box to the new fence without my knowledge or permission !! It is a City of Philadelphia FIRE CODE VIOLATION AND SAFETY HAZARD ! UNACCEPTABLE ! When I phoned and emailed them, Rachel, their employee, stated the box had been on the old fence, so that justifies them nailing it to my new fence ( I told her I did not know that ; I'm a handicapped senior, never been in my neighbor's yard, knew nothing about any box ) again, WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION !! Had they at least informed me, I'd have told them NO - DO NOT PUT IT ON MY NEW FENCE !! The owner, Ray, said on the phone he doesn't know why we're complaining, " it's crazy and ridiculous". Axel's action was illegal as well, because he is not a licensed electrician. I submitted reports to PA Attorney General and Dept. Of License and Inspection. I notified Mainstreet Fence to come out with a licensed electrician and remove the box from my fence in a timely manner. For all I know, the neighbor's box might be damaged CAUSING ME A LIABILITY ISSUE !! Also I requested the company replace the damaged portions of my new wooden fence. NO RESPONSE FROM MAINSTREET FENCE !! I now have a violation and conflict with my neighbor. This experience reflects the company's GROSS NEGLIGENCE AND INCOMPETENCE - FAILURE TO OVERSEE THEIR WORKERS !! I hired them in good faith and now get poor treatment after spending close to $5,000 ! Once they get paid $$, if there's a problem, don't hold your breath.

  These guys did amazing work and did it quick too! Our yard is a little tricky in spots and they had no issues. I also felt like their price was very reasonable!

  They came out and did an awesome job on my mom’s fence! Any questions or concerns were rectified right away! The 2 men that came out were also very respectful, and hard workers and got the job done on time. They also cleaned up any debris left! Awesome job! Will recommend to anyone and everyone.

  Excellent Company/ Excellent Experience! MainStreet Fence provided the most cost effective quote for our project and from the initial design all the way to completion of the project, the entire process was worry free. Axel, from the installation team, even made some suggestions for slight adjustments to the design to make the end product even more appealing. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to install a fence!
