  Working with Mainstreet Fence was a great experience. We waited a really long time to install a fence because we wanted something that would not only last but look beautiful. We are really happy we went with Mainstreet, as every step of the way was seamless. More over our installers of the day Axel and Pedro were phenomenal. A special thank you to them as they truly ensure we were happy with the fence every step of the way! Thank you!

  MainStreet Fence did a great job installing my fence. Ray and Chris were easy to work with, responsive, and kept everything organized from start to finish. Jose and the installation team were prompt, professional, and did excellent work. They worked cleanly, respected my property, and made sure everything was cleaned up when the job was done. The fence looks great, and I’m very happy with the quality of the work. I would definitely recommend MainStreet Fence to anyone looking for a reliable fence company.

  I have used them before and will definitely use them again. They showed up when they were scheduled to, carefully reviewed the job with me before they started, and answered all of my questions. They sought me out when they had specific questions during the project. They worked efficiently and carefully, and cleaned up at the end of every day. And they were polite! One particular worry that I had was that a bird house was going about 6” away from where one of the new fence sections was being installed so I asked them to please be careful. Mama bird was back after the job was done and i even saw her perch once on the fence top nearby.

  Main Street Fence was so easy to work with. From the start with my initial call, setting an appointment to have someone survey a cyclone fence damaged by a fallen tree, arranging the start date, the workmanship of the work crew and even the payments for the job was a positive experience. Everyone from the office staff to the field crew was pleasant, obliging and professional. Work started on the day and time scheduled and finished as projected. The finish work to replace a 25’ damaged section of a fence was neat and the removal of the damaged fence was done without issue. The job looks great. No additional hidden charges or funny expenses with the price. In fact the price was favorable. I would definitely use Main Street Fence again and highly recommend this company.

  I am very disappointed with my experience with Main Street Fence. During the winter, Main Street Fence installed an aluminum fence on my property. Before installation, I specifically informed them that I own a very small miniature Dachshund and that it was important for the fence to be installed close to the ground to prevent my dog from escaping. After the installation was completed, I discovered that the fence had been installed approximately 4–6 inches above the ground, creating large enough gaps for a small dog to get underneath. This completely defeated one of the primary reasons I purchased the fence. I contacted the company and asked them to come back and evaluate the situation. After inspecting the fence, they informed me that lowering it would cost an additional $350. I was extremely disappointed by this response. Since I had clearly communicated my concern about my small dog before the installation, I believe the fence should have been installed appropriately from the beginning. In my opinion, this was an installation oversight that should have been corrected without additional cost to me. While the fence itself looks nice, I felt that customer satisfaction and standing behind their work were not priorities in this situation. I was left with the impression that the company was unwilling to take responsibility for a problem that could have been avoided had my concerns been properly addressed during installation. Based on my experience, I would encourage prospective customers to get every detail in writing and verify the planned fence height and ground clearance before installation begins.
