Not pushy, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. There was some back-and-forth after the initial quote, and he was quick to respond and answer my questions. Dale and Connor just finished the installation and were great to work with. Would I have loved for everything to be cheaper? Of course. But I got two other quotes before making a decision, and they were all in the general ballpark. I chose HB because of the great communication, and I am very happy with the end product.

The repair itself took less time than I expected, and they got everything back up and running so I have AC again. There was a significant miscommunication with the parts that were originally ordered, which caused some unnecessary delay and frustration. I do want to give Jason, the Parts Manager, credit for how he handled it. He was professional, apologetic about the mistake, and made an effort to get the situation corrected. Once the correct parts were available, Stephen and Saleem did a great job getting the repair completed. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and would be happy to have Stephen and Saleem work on my HVAC system again in the future.

Extremely respectful. Attentive and willing to do what it takes to get the job done right. This is an excellent company with the very best work ethics. Super tidy while working, always wore shoe covers inside my home and cleaned up beautifully when finished. Customer satisfaction matters to them. Top notch service and great, reasonable prices! Hire them. You will be glad you did.
