  These guys seem to do good work, but don't they bring their own tools??? I work maintenance at one of the facilities they're contracted to and when they're here some of my stuff is out of order and then I caught one of the employees going through my tools in my workshop area. You'd think for a company that seems to be well off they're employees would have what they need to do the job

  Absolutely Fantastic Service – HB Home Services Saved My Sanity! I came home to a house that felt like a sauna in Pittsburgh in April – my AC compressor had decided it was done with life and just... stopped turning on. Enter the dynamic duo: Lextin and Jason from HB Home Services! These guys showed up, diagnosed the problem faster than I can diagnose why my WiFi is slow, and discovered my system was basically running on two dead capacitors and enough dirt to start a small garden (outdoor coil, indoor coil, and air handler were all filthy). They didn’t just slap a band-aid on it – they gave me the full picture, waited for me to get home to explain everything like patient saints, and got my system breathing again. New capacitors + a hard start kit + a solid outdoor coil cleaning later, and my AC is running smoother than it has in years. They even did a full performance check to make sure everything was perfect. I went from “I’m going to melt” to “Ahhh, sweet cool air” in one visit! Lextin and Jason were professional, friendly, funny, and clearly know their stuff. Zero upselling pressure, just honest recommendations. My house is cool, my wife is happy, and my dog stopped panting like he just ran a marathon. If your AC ghosts you, call HB Home Services immediately. Tell them the guy who almost died of heatstroke sent you. Thank you Lextin, Jason, and the whole HB team – you’re legends! Have an even greater weekend than I’m having now with my ice-cold house! ❄️😂 Highly recommend. 10/10. Would let them fix my broken appliances again in a heartbeat.

  I had a great experience with this service technician. They arrived on time, were professional, and clearly explained the issue in a way that was easy to understand. Their work was efficient and thorough, and they made sure everything was functioning properly before leaving. I also appreciated how respectful and courteous they were throughout the visit.
